“Horrible experience, I ordered 2 vanities both supposed to be shipped out with 2 days a month later I still have not received them sent plenty emails, calling is a waste of time they never answered or returned calls. am so sorry I came across this company”

“The vanities look great for our master bathroom. One of the backsplashes had a small nick in the wood however. I also called you direct and could have had better advice on what size mirror would go with the 48" vanity and had to send one of the mirror back and order the smaller version.”

“I was extremely excited about my vanity purchase. It is the first time I’ve renovated my home and the purchase was a bit of a splurge. Unfortunately, my vanity arrived and was not in as pristine condition. Considering the cost, it’s disappointing the doors came with scratches and scuffs that I will need to “marker” over with a wood pen. The worst of my situation with vanities depot was the customer service. I received my vanity over a month later than expected, which delayed my renovation. I would have been okay with the delay had I received, timely and accurate updates, but the staff at vanities depot were not timely. I would always have to contact them once my shipping date had passed without an actual shipment (it changed at least 3 times), and each time their update was vague and noncommittal. I was so frustrated with the process I found the vanity at another location and contemplated purchasing from there. To my surprise, I learned more information about what was causing the delay on my vanities depot shipment from another company. Based on the information they gave me, I decided to holdfast with my vanities depot purchase, unless they did not meet the timing the other company told me the vanity should arrive. Guess what? The other company was right about the delivery time. It would have been great to get that type of customer service from vanities depot since that’s who I actually did business with.”

“I placed an order for 2 mirrors second week in June, was informed it wont get there till July 4th, I then found some nice mirrors at TJ max so I decided to cancel the order since it was going to take that long to get to me.when I called to cancel my order, I was all of sudden told by Cedrick they had shipped products and it would arrive that same day I called. He never sent a tracking number... I called back and got Andrea I believe is her name.. she then told me she was going to cancel my order and issue a refund once I send their products back. I waited till evening and never received the products, the tracking shows delivered. I kept calling them to let them know I am a bit confused but Cedrick kept on and on saying there was nothing he could do for it shows delivered. I kept asking him to confirm it went to the correct address and he insisted it did. to my surprise, the product was shipped to a different state with a different address. Cedrick was extremely rude and unapologetic regarding the situation. their customer service stinks, will NEVER use them again. very unprofessional too. he kept screaming at me over the phone when I asked him to double check to see if product was shipped to the correct address. instead of them to admit their error, he sent me an email stating they have refunded my money because I did not want the order... I explained to them I know why AMAZON has not competition.”

“The time to get the James Marten double vanity and two matching mirrors was great but one of the mirrors must have been dropped or crushed at corner at some point (box wrinkled) because decorative trim is separated from the mirror so I’m going to have to put caulk or touch up with paint. They were expensive and the person who dropped it all off couldn’t stay around to let us open all when delivered. Just wish they arrived in perfect condition.”

“In follow up to my earlier post, Vanities Depot continues to charge for an item I never recieved. Please remove the charge from my card Vanities Depot. Decor Bros delivered the identical product more quickly and at reduced cost.”
