“The customer service department was great! Before making a purchase, I called them approximately 3-4 times to ask questions about the unit. They were always very pleasant and answered all of my questions. The price was a little steep, but I am totally satisfied with the quality of my vanity. It is beautiful! My bathroom is still being remodeled, so I can't upload pictures just yet! The delivery was also good. I wish that I was aware of the actual date and time of the delivery in order to adequately plan. The driver called me on the day of delivery stating that he was 10 minutes away. He was also very pleasant!”

“I have tried to contact customer service numerous times with no response. The vanity was very nice but there was a problem with the back splash that was never addressed by the company.”

“Vanities are scheduled to be installed in December. One box had damage and VD is sending a filler and touch up kit. The vanities look to be of good quality and well made. I think I will love them.”

“Vanity has yet to be installed but it icame when promised. Master bath renovation is in full swing.Once I get the mirrors, I will hopefully change my review to excellent.”

“Vanities Depot has my highest rating! Their products are vastly superior to anything you can find in the typical home improvement stores in design, construction, and quality. Their packing materials are absolutely the highest quality. Staff work with you if there is an item on back order about timelines and any problems that arrive. They are responsive, timely and extremely helpful. You will so happy you purchased their products.”

“The vanity arrived damaged from the manufacturer. There was a screw sticking out that scratched the drawer and base, also, after removing the corner protectors, there was a scratch . Phoned and they sent me a repair kit and gave me $100.00 off.”

“The vanity arrived but it has not yet been installed. It looks beautiful from the peeks into the box. I am still waiting for the mirrors but I am excited to see the vanity unboxed and installed!”

“Vanities Depot was wonderful to work with. At several points during my purchase process, I had questions. I received immediate, professional, and accurate information from their Customer Service representative. My two vanities, 3 sinks, and two countertops arrived well-packaged and completely intact. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Very good products, support, and delivery.”

“Things went well until shipping. Sample were not ship promptly. Had to follow up three times. Order not received in the time need to make selections. End up canceling order. Still waiting for credit.”

“I do have a drawer that doesn't fit but can't be certain of that at this time. Vanity was very heavy and would never been able to be delivered to the second floor without an elevator. May want to check on delivery if on the ground floor or not.”

“The vanity is beautiful but the top was broken and we were unable to open it before the 48 hour window was up and apparently there is nothing they can do which is very disappointing especially in light of the cost and difficulty we are having to replace It”
