“The product was received on the date quoted. The delivery company representative was professional, prompt and delivered the vanity earlier than expected. He called to ensue that it was ok to deliver. My vanity, by James Martin, is of high quality oak and was in perfect condition. It’s beautiful with lots of storage. Worth the price.”

“Shipment arrived promptly but sink was damaged (corner broken off) - the reason for 4 stars. Unable to determine whether this was due to the way the skid was built for shipment (plastic banding too tight on carton) or occurred during transit/handling by the carrier. In any case, I reported the damage immediately after receipt and "Cedrick" advised me to email photos and he would order a replacement and email me when it shipped. Did not receive email notice of shipment but the replacement arrived intact and all is well. Thanks to "Cedrick" for quick action to make this right.”

“I recently purchased a beautiful Vanity with matching mirror. The mirror was described as 27 inches. Unfortunately, that was the width and not the height, which was 45 inches. The mirror arrived and, because the box was so large, I had my handyman take it to my new home and unbox it. When I got there later I realized that the mirror was way too huge for my space (would have had to move the light fixture practically up to the ceiling) and, frankly, looked to big for the single vanity. When I contacted VD they said there was nothing I could do without have the original box. So now I have to eat that purchase and start over. The vanity was not cheap and I would have thought that VD would have at least tried to work with me on a return. Most likely will not shop there in the future.”

“I placed the order for the double vanity with countertops and mirrors in the middle of November. The order went through without any problems, and then I received the email saying that the product is out of stock. I was disappointed to find that out after I placed the order. In the email, it stated that I should expect to receive the product the week of November 25, but no further information was provided. I sent email asking for the status. I received the response in the next day saying that the I should expect to receive the product around December 8th. I received no follow up email after that, but I emailed again asking for the status. I then received the phone call from the freight forwarder that they are about to deliver the large and heavy wooden pallet. The product was delivered that afternoon. I then received the email with tracking information after the product was delivered. The product came in pieces but delivered without damage. I am happy with the quality of the product. The vanity is beautiful. The customer service could be better. Instead of the buyer to keep asking for the status, I wish they could have done more proactively letting me know the status especially the delivery of the product was delayed. It is not a cheap purchase. I got charged before the product was delivered.”

“Vanity, mirror, sink and quartz top were pricy, but worth it. Very well made, good craftsmanship. I used to be in the furniture industry, so I’m a harsh critic, but I was impressed. Well done, Vanities Depot. I will order again! Neil”

“Customer service is awful. They're concern is to sell vanities but not stand behind them if there's a problem. After less than a year the paint started to peel on our James Martin Vanity. After 5 attempts someone finally called us back. Cedric called us back and was very courteous. He sent a touch up kit for us to attempt the repair. Unfortunately the color wasn't even close. Once again, after many attempts, they will not return our calls.”
