“from ordering my bathroom vanity to receiving it was seamless. I spoke to customer service and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. When I received my vanity, nothing was broken. all in all an excellent experience.”

“This company does not stand by the quality of its products. I purchased a vanity with top and sink. When my contractor opened the package (which was wrapped in black plastic so the contents were not viewable), we discovered that the sink was shattered and the quartz top had a large chip out of the corner. Although Customer Care offered to send a new sink, they refused to replace the quartz top. They pointed instead to their online policy that said that I was supposed to check the delivery and report damage within 2 days. That policy is not prominent on the website and the items were tightly wrapped in black plastic and extremely heavy. There was no way I could lift them and open them on my own. I'm very disappointed that the company would hide behind an unreasonable policy -- especially since it was only a few weeks from delivery to the date of reporting the damage. I'll be pursuing an appropriate response through legal channels.”

“We received our vanity damaged. We noted it to the Freight company at time of delivery and once we unboxed the vanity there was structural damage to it. I have emailed and phoned your company numerous times. Emails have not been returned. Not even so much as a "we've received your email and we will get back to you". That is very frustrating. I phoned and talked to someone. They indicated that someone was working on it and said the BOL showed the freight company had blocked out the complaint of damage. I also phone yesterday and left a message for someone to call me back, but still no reply. We need to know how to get this resolved. Our house is nearly complete and we still do not have a solution for the bathroom vanity. PLEASE, PLEASE, return our call or emails and let us know where this stands. Thank you. Order #13125”

“This vanity arrive on a pallet that was so smashed and damaged I could not see how it name it. I have not been able to open the crate. I hope it's OK? I can not open it because of space limitations. Won't be able to look until next week. Very large construction project so this was unacceptable for delivery. The drivers just dumped it on us and ran. I asked about the condition they just said this is your problem.”

“Received vanity in a reasonable amount of time. The packaging was superb... plenty of padding and proper support with a double-walled cardboard box. (on a pallet) The vanity is very well constructed. All solid wood frame parts- no finger joint rails, etc. The side panels are of 15mm (9/16") 9 ply cabinet grade plywood. All in all, a finely crafted vanity and mirror.”
