Collect plus avoid like the plague they lost another of my parcels. Customer service contact terrible. Had to make a claim. However rejected it as no proof of purchase item was from 1965. I mean who has a receipt from back then. Disgusted how they weasel there way out of claim after they lost parcel. Avoid like the plague. I hear they are losing a lot of shops at the moment inc my local co op

Absolute cowboys, DO NOT USE YODEL! I sent a parcel that was collected by the courier - who did not scan on collection and it then went missing. The driver claimed it wasn't picked up, but was shown CCTV of the driver collecting it. I would say 'lucky we paid for the maximum insurance' but even though they have admitted it was lost, they have refused my claim on the basis that there was no proof as to what the package contained. Shocking!

They lose your item then they dont refund you or answer emails WOULD NOT RECOMEND BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS

They have lost parcel 8V33G6838516A063, and when I emailed asking for a claim form they have repeatedly stated the following clearly as delaying tactics. "The claims link was sent on a separate email. I would advise you to check your spam/junk mail as well." which it wasn't. Then when I chased they stated "I'm sorry to hear that you've yet to receive the claims form so we can progress with your lost parcel claim. I've raised this back to our claims team to ensure this is sent out with urgency. You can expect this to be received within the next hour" Then when I didn't receive it again they have now said "So that I am able to assist you accordingly, could you please confirm the email address the link can be sent to? " I sent the requests from the email address linked to the account used to buy the parcel. In the past it is just a number of headings you put text answers to and attach proof of purchase and there is no separate form. And now they seem unable to send a form when they reply as if it some top secret document. And when I rang to complain about this I was told "sorry there seems to be a problem with the claim forms" then he hung up on me. Are you seriously having a laugh in your call centers? Worst company I have ever had misfortune to deal with.

Found 2 different Collect+ stores have now failed to scan more than 1 parcel so only handed me 1 tracking code. Appears they are not aware they need to put code in manually, should they not be able to scan it. Cannot trust them nowadays, always could years ago. If able to, always take parcel to Post Office instead. Don’t use Collect+ (their Customer Service is atrocious but will be, is part of Yodel). You attempt to contact them, you waste time - too impatient to listen to you however you do it.

Store failed to scan a barcode of 1 of the 2 parcels I handed over, is a message stating is invalid barcode on receipt I was handed. I mentioned to staff member, who claimed both parcels were on same barcode which is a complete lie. I reported this to the seller & to Collect+, thankfully I got refunded for all items but don’t at all trust using them now. Had very poor customer service from them regarding this. In the past I’ve had parcels for delivery re-directed 30 miles away, has happened 3 times. Collect+ is Yodel, therefore you cannot trust them. I know them very well & had many problems, even going back 10 years.

They lost my parcel and have denied any responsibility for it - meaning they have lost £100+ of mine. I allowed for additional time for the parcel to be returned to ASOS and processed due to COVID, however, this meant that I was out of their 28 day window to raise a claim. You would think this would be increased in times like this. The reason I didn't contact them earlier is because the tracker on their website still said my parcel was out for delivery. The tracker is awful and they take no responsibility. Never use them if it can be helped.

Tracking for my parcel shows "delivered to safe place: shed" but we dont even have a shed. I neither requested nor agreed any "safe place" delivery. It shoukd have been delivered with signature. We were home all day, no-one knocked. No calling card.. Nothing. I tried calling to find out whos shed the parcel was delivered to, but the call center staff refused to help. Hung up on me no less than three times.. Three different reps.. Despite being perfectly civil and polite while asking for help to find my missing parcel. I contacted the sender to speak to them, they told him "enquiry is raised, wait a few days" and meanwhile my parcel is god knows where in god knows whos hands... When a simple call to the depot to make contact with the delivery driver could have solved the issue in minutes. The way they operate makes me want to work for them as a driver. Imagine all the free stuff you could get!!?! Worst delivery company hands down. Will never use again and hope they go bust

Avoid🤬 awful delivery company, it was last time I used them! My parcel was lost/stolen, the communication was appaling. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, nobody replied to my emails. When I told them I want compensation for lost/stolen parcel, they just stopped communicating with me🤬 I would give them 0 stars if possible🤬

Do not use!!!! I sent three parcels over Christmas and they lost two of them. I had to refund my buyer and I am still waiting for my refund. I have filled out claim forms three times and they keep telling me they have not received them. They eventually admitted to having my claim form and that I am due a refund. I am still waiting for my refund. Every single time I ring I get told it will be in another 3-5 days!!! Ahhhhh, avoid!!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs! I sent an item to an eBay customer 10 days ago.. they've never attempted delivery yet claim to and now neither me or the customer have been able to arrange re-delivery. Call center staff can't speak English and cut you off mid-conversation which is even more frustrating when you've been on hold for 45 minutes. Pay more and use another courier.

Delivery driver claimed to be unable to gain access to property, despite intercom system being linked to my phone. Complaints procedure ludicrous. No follow up, no call back as assured. Numerous calls to rectify a simple issue. Joke.

Customer service is shocking. Paid extra for higher insurance, full tracking, and a signature as the item I posted was £200. Parcel lost in transit between one depot and the next. Head office don’t reply to emails and their stock response seems to be wait 2 days. Head office / customer service couldn’t help locate the item so I asked for a phone number for the Northampton depot - they couldn’t give me one!! Just looked up the address to get a number myself and found out it is a Yodel depot. If I’d wanted to use Yodel to carry my parcel I would have used Yodel in the first place!! Basically CollectPlus can’t give me an answer because they are a customer of Yodel themselves!! Shocking!!

TOTAL LIARS , PUT ON WEBSITE THAT THEY TRIED TO DELIVER A PARCEL 3 TIMES . TOTAL NONSENCE . I WAS IN THE HOUSE ALL THE TIME NOBODY KNOCKED. EMAILED THE CEO NEIL ASHWORTH. THE EMAILS ARE GOING THROUGH BUT AS YET NO RESPONCE . WILLL BE CONTACTING MY LOCAL MP TO REPORT THIS COMPANY ALSO WILL CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS , THEY ARE LIARS .

They don't even deserve one star,Totally agree with other users that this company just doesn't care about your property at all.And as for their non-existant customer service dept, and the so called help they offer,well I am bereft of words!!In fact it should be closed down and put into administration for all the (good?) it does.THIS IS ONE BAD COMPANY THAT ALL THE MEDIA SHOULD PICK UP ON AND EXPOSE.

Poor service and terrible customer service. Lovely agents but they haven’t got a clue how to sort out complaints. Despite receiving notifications that my order had been delivered, my parcel was not delivered to my specified store, it was sent straight back to the company I ordered it from, the sender. However, Collect+ continue to remind me that me parcel is awaiting collection and will be returned to the sender if I don’t pick it up. I will never use this service again.

Lost my parcel - their own tracking stated that delivery had been attempted but then they blamed the drop off shop for losing it before collection - entirely contradictory - they just didn't have a clue! It was not a small easily lost parcel - it was huge! The Collect + rep on the phone asked me to wait a minute on hold - then kept me waiting for 30 minutes until I gave up - they charge customers for this call!! I wonder how many poor customers they can keep waiting at once and how much they make out of us? Will not use again - not because they lost the parcel but because of dreadful customer service and making claiming as difficult as possible (they ask for evidence attached to online claim but don't let you attach any normal document types like word files or PDfs - probably hoping customers just give up the claim in disgust).
