“Super Bezug, der Stoff ist ist so wie erwartet. Angenehm und weich, dennoch robust. Dank des Anleitungsvideos und der Beschriftung der Stoffteile war es leicht den Bezug aufzuziehen. Lediglich die Löcher für die Schrauben in den Stoff zu machen, ist etwas kompliziert.”

Vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung. Es freut mich, dass dir unser Stoff gefällt und entschuldige bitte die Umstände, die du mit den Bezügen für das Friheten Ecksofa hattest. Der Grund, weshalb die Löcher nicht bereits in unserem Bezug sind, ist, dass die Schrauben nicht immer an derselben Stelle sind. “I really like the cover. The fit is quite good, not exactly as the original but it works quite well. The only thing I think could be better is the way they designed the cushion covers, they put the zipper right in the middle of the cushion, so you cannot turn them over (which is useful when you have a stain only on one side). Other than that, I am very happy with the product”

Hey Diana, thanks for your kind words! Oh dear, did something get on your covers? The zipper on the seat cushion covers are sewn onto the side that meets the back of your sofa - and these covers are reversible, so just flip the cushion horizontally and you should be able to use the other side just as well without the zipper showing :) Hope this helps! “Very happy to buy this material. For it was the tools not the buttons that I looked for. I have done the job perfectly. My regrets are that the product are made in China, reason I will never use the buttons cause we now with years of experience that they never give a good job of what they made. Save job and keep your factory home not in China.”

We understand your concern about the products being made in China, however, as the company is a small business we ensure all products are quality controlled and that all fabrics used meet standard quality requirements. “Cover is great but it was a huge pain to put it on. Took over 5 hours, start to finish. It would be very helpful to have holes in the cover pre-cut for the screws. It was a little nerve-wracking to cut it and now to have to hope that it doesn't fray.”

Hey there, thank you so much for your feedback. We totally understand the struggle - especially when it requires taking apart the entire sofa piece by piece! We actually used to do as you suggest (pre-cut holes in the Friheten slipcover components), but that didn't bode well as the position for these screws actually differ slightly between each Friheten. This resulted in some of the covers being misaligned, so we stopped doing that. Hope this makes sense! “The other day, I was supposed to throw away the sofa coz the sofa covers are no longer sold by IKEA But I found this shop through the online and ordered it. It was a such a good deal for me. I give this shop two thumbs up !”

“My order arrived on time and the Ikea chair covers fitted very well. The only reason I've dropped a star (it would have been 1/2 a star if possible) is because some of the velcro strips didn't line up with those on the chairs. It wasn't too much trouble to take them off and move them though.”

“Love the fabric I picked! The fit for the back pillow was a bit on the small side for the Karstad chair. I managed to jam the pillow in there, but it would look better if the cover was a bit bigger and had the unique shape of the pillow.”

“My new covers look great at a price I could manage. I had a few custom orders and was in frequent contact with customer service about measurements. The order took a very long time, probably due to the pandemic and this I took one star off.”

“Bought a cover for my karlstad chair. Lovely material and a reasonable fit although seat cushion could have done with being a snugger fit. Happy enough with my purchase but would like to worn other UK buyers of the import duty charges I received which were £35 on top of delivery charges. Just something to be aware of.”

“Mostly everything is good. The only thing about the slip cover for my IKEA sofa is that the corners are too “squared” and the actual cushions are more of a rounded corner. Making a small amount of fabric extra at the corners.”

“Great communication from company from order to delivery. The IKEA Klippan loveseat slipcover is nice quality fabric, strong seams, and fits almost perfectly and perhaps may stretch a bit in time to fit more exactly along one arm, and it's not really noticeable. The built in holes to secure the fabric along the wide horizontal seam of the seat won't work without us taking the couch apart (this is a replacement cover) so the fabric has to be tucked back in occasionally, which is fine. Love the slight sheen to the fabric. Very happy with the purchase.”

“I received my slip covers in the timeframe promised. Customer service was great with all communication and my product was delivered package beautifully and fit perfectly. My only comment would be a pre-ordered some sample fabrics and it was my fault I thought I ordered one of the ones I got as a sample but it was my fault I ordered a white but the wrong way. It would’ve been nice if they double checked asking me are you sure you ordered the right one given the fact it wasn’t one of the samples we sent you. But that’s asking a lot.I would highly recommend comfort works overall price, quality and customer service were second to none.”
