“I love our Comfortbilt pellet stove, but it is a DIY repair. So if you are not handy, you may want a local purchase. however, the people at Comfortbilt are very helpful and the parts are much less expensive than our PelPro stove. Comfortbilt also is much cleaner than the pelpro and needs a LOT less cleaning. We have the model with the 3 windows. It is nice to watch the fire, but it is a little noisy when we are watching t.v. Overall, I'd recommend Comfortbilt, but next time, we will buy local so we have someone to repair it. The comfortbilt has only had to be repaired a few times in the years we've had it. The pelpro needed repairs every year. The service was wonderful. They would email me back quickly with videos or instructions. I had to describe the problem and they would give me solutions to try. They were patient with me.”
