“I thought I was to receive a proper printed Report. I have been waiting for it. All I received was a lode of mumbo-jumbo emails. I suggest you need to test-audit your e-activities all along the supply chain.”

“Charged twice and the service was paid for and still needed payment for checks so what ever was free I'm the first place it's still the same after making account and making full payment. And asked for cancellation straight away which they charged the 2nd time. Very bad service not replying for any email!”

“Inaccurate information before sale. Purchased a single file and site suggested I had full access to company. Wrong only have access to same information provided through free account👎. No access to credit score on file”

“Used their service to download a companies accounts, months down the line and they debit £24.99 from my account. Apparently it's part of my billing agreement of which I know nothing about. I do think I should have been made more aware of this. Thankfully they were kind enough to refund the amount.”

Hi Mark, thank you for renewing- great news! Although we are alarmed to hear that you were not made aware of the upcoming renewal. We send all subscribers an email 7 days prior to the renewal date to remind them of the upcoming payment. I can see that the email was sent our end, sorry if it didn't reach you :(
