DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! First, they sent a faulty wheelchair, then they sent another one back with only one brake and when one wheel went flat said that it was "company policy" not to issue new inner tubes. And now, they are refusing to take the wheelchair with one brake back because it's beyond the timeframe for returning things, even though they offer a 6 month warranty and we only ordered in September. They have been very unhelpful to the staff at the care home and all in all, offer a disgracefully bad service to vulnerable people. Avoid at all costs.

Awful. Been told for 3 weeks my item was on its way, only for today to find out they have no stock and will not be getting anymore. I was actually told that it was packed and ready to send. But now 3 weeks later I am not going to receive my item and have to wait another 72 hours for a refund. Awful company.

I ordered a trip walker 10/11,cash taken on the 15th/11, still not received it,after numerous calls with the same lady who needs to go on a course to learn people skills, I have now contacted trading standards.DISGUSTING.

Wouldn't recommend this company ordered a wheelchair on the 19th November keep getting told at the warehouse for dispatch and can't cancel order as its at the warehouse for dispatch but they can't tell me when that will be company is an absolute joke had I known this I would have ordered from a different company that deliver next day save yourself the hassle order from someone else because I won't be using this company again.

Absolutely appalling business management of costumers and don’t complain! If you do, a reply is “curt” is the best to expect. Orders are far from priority!! I would never use this company.

I can do no better than my anonymous friend who posted the following - “Don't touch them with a barge pole! Only giving them 1 star as you can't give no stars. Can't comment on the quality of the goods because I STILL don't have them but customer service is non-existent and should be renamed Customer Non-service. Still chasing up goods and was told they'd been out of stock but website showed in stock. Customer rep was abrupt and couldn't let me talk to a manager When I got a call back from one, she didn't do anything she said she would. Four 13 minute waits on phone and call just cuts out. Absolutely awful experience

They sent out a partial order but said it was the full order, then lied for that they were ‘about to receive a delivery’ of the missing item and that it would be ‘dispatched within the next few days’. I was told this repeatedly for months until I eventually requested my money back. They showed no remorse nor did they offer any apologies for having taken a lot of my money with no intention of delivering the item, leaving me without something I needed for several months and with no means to buy an alternative. STILL awaiting the refund. Shocking, illegal service. Avoid this terrible company at all costs!

Avoid this company. No product received and given truck loads of total BS when I rang and emailed to find out what happened to my order. I still await a refund...I'm not holding my breath!

I would not order from this company again. Communication on order progress was non existent and I had to call to find out what was happening. Item was receive damaged and has taken over a week for them to even process the order to replace it after they agreed to do so.

Same as other reviewers - expensive item labelled as in stock . Was told when I chased where it was - i was told it was out of stock and would take two more weeks approx . Then I was expecting a spare battery as description. States comes with two batteries - no where does it provide clear context that two batteries are required to run it . I pointed out that the description was misleading without this context and customer services lady was very abrupt and told me that full their scooters are described in this way - I suggested that all were potentially misleading then. She responded by saying no one else had complained about that. I suggested that that didn’t invalidate my feedback. Ordering a scooter for the first time, I understood that they were battery operated but by one battery like a car . I suggested that clarifying this would make it easier for other customers similar to me. She disagreed so I asked if she was the one who handled complaints. She huffed and said she could get a manager to ring . Very rude and unhelpful manner. Genuine responses to my feedback could have settled things but the way it has been handled prompted me to search for reviews and I find the out of stock line is standard false advertising for this company. Now I add my own bad review. Terrible service. How can it have all the endorsements such as trust pilot ? Takes advantage of its customers.

Ordered a mobility scooter that according to their website was in stock took payment straight away via PayPal received email about order and waited after a week sent email regarding order.They sent email back saying item was in stock and order takes between 5 and 10 working days to process. Waited 4 more days sent another email asking about order, this time received email saying it was not in stock and out of stock with suppliers would be available 5 November 2019.This was not acceptable so I cancelled my order,all this time the scooter was still shown on the website as in stock.The monies that I paid have been returned to me via PayPal so anyone buying goods from this company please be very careful.

The same issues that most people are posting about, expensive items showing as in stock when they are not ( false advertising) . I ordered a trionic veloped rollater which im still awaiting a refund on because they are unable to supply it. Anyone wanting this product please go to trionic direct, even though its in sweden its taken less than a week to recieve my order. I think its appalling that companies behave like this and dont deserve the buisness.

*** WARNING *** *** WARNING *** *** WARNING **** TO ANYBODY THINKING OF ORDERING FROM THESE PEOPLE, PLEASE READ BELOW! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I have just had the most terrible experience, I only wish I had discovered these reviews before placing my order for a mobility scooter for a few pence short of £1,700. I'm very disabled and my order was time sensitive, I needed this scooter quickly and the "CompleteCareShop" whom I'm now going to refer to as the "In-CompleteCareShop" said it was IN STOCK. In fact I'm looking at their website right now and it still says "ITEM IN STOCK NOW". But you see my fellow reader, this particular item IS NOT actually in stock and I feel this deceived me in order to get my business. So on 26.08.2019 I placed my order, and I got a confirmation email pretty much straight away and I felt quite happy. The next day I'd heard nothing about a possible delivery date, so I decided to contact them through their web site, only to be ignored. 29.08.2019 (09:07) Placed telephone call and spoke to a lady. I explained the situation, I was put on hold briefly whilst she made enquiries. She came back to me and said it's ordered directly from the Manufacturer and there is an ETA of 10th Sep!! I said, but your Website said the Scooter was IN STOCK! (it still does) She'd got nothing to say, no explanation and no apology!. I said that I'm unable to wait that long so I'm going to have to cancel my order. She can't do this though, she has to email their accounts person to do this which can take a day or two!! Later on that day .. 29.08.2019 (16:19) Called to confirm refund has been issued, because nobody has let me know as they promised. On hold 10 mins. I was told I won't be issued a refund until the order has been cancelled with the supplier at their end FIRST! WHAT !!! WE'RE TALKING ABOUT NEARLY TWO THOUSAND POUNDS HERE!!! Disgusting, my refund should be issued no matter what, they should then deal with their own supplier, this process should not hold up my refund. They were quick enough to take money. 30.08.2019 (17:00) Rang back again, still my refund hasn't been placed. The lady just kept saying it's on the Tracker, and it will be done. She kept apologising. Now nothing is going to be done until Monday. 03.09.2019 (16:15) Rang back, same old story.. they're unable to refund me because they haven't heard back from the supplier. I still haven't had the refund. 05.09.2019 Rang back again, same old story.. told them I want to speak to their manager, surprise surprise they're in a meeting. Somebody called Paula is going to ring me back. I threatened them with trading standards! Still I never received a call back, promise after promise and nothing. I asked to speak to a manager twice on two separate occasions, each time they were either out or in a meeting. I rang the "In-CompleteCareShop" a total of five times. I'd had enough, if I'd ordered it from somewhere else THAT ACTUALLY DID HAVE IT IN STOCK I would have had it by now. Fortunately I'd ordered the scooter through PayPal so I called them, they were EXCELLENT. PayPal opened a case against the "In-CompleteCareShop" in order to help me get my refund. I would reccommend anybody placing an order online through PayPal if possible, as they automatically give you purchase protection in cases like this. Finally on 10th September some 13 days after Cancelling, PayPal receive my refund but it still hasn't hit my bank yet (11th Sep) So I'm still not able to place an order yet with somebody else. I felt it was my duty to let anybody who is thinking of placing an order with this business what they could possibly be up against.

Ordered items 2 weeks ago which were urgently needed. Chased them up a week later as had heard nothing to be told that ‘demand had exceeded their expectations’ and yet the items are shown as ‘in stock’ on the website. When I emailed to ask when the items would be delivered I received no response. Have now cancelled the order and expect to get the money refunded. If not, I will take further action. Very poor service particularly when considering their client base.

Terrible customer service ,unable to help. Do not answer first 3 emails . Hang on phone 15 min then cut of no answer.told item had been dispatched .5 days not arrived.told it had not left wearhouse yet ????? Wait another 5 days still not been dispatched. Then told a delivery had arrived ???? Still not arrived told it was lost in post finally asked for refund which I got asap???? Would not recommend or use this firm again .Use age concern after this here next day and cheaper .

Ordered a commode which was shown as "in-stock" on the website. Chased up delivery and told that due to moving warehouses there would be a delay. After repeated attempts to get a sensible answer to my request for a delivery date, I contacted citizens advice and was told that although the item was shown as in-stock, I would have to give 30 days grace for them to deliver. I wrote to them at the address indicated on their website, but my recorded delivery letter was returned, as they had gone away. I sent a further email stating that after the 30 days they must reimburse and thankfully they complied. I think it had more to do with the thought of trading standards being involved than their "honesty". This company deals with people who's circumstances necessitate special equipment delivered in a timely manner. This company showed no thought or empathy for me as a customer, in fact their customer services representative seemed to delight in increasing the frustration rather than being helpful. Do not use this company they cannot be trusted.
