“This store had many of options for white goods. Staff was as helpful as always, and a new fridge freezer was purchased and delivered four days later at the greatest price. Why would you go anywhere else, right.”

“This company provided an excellent overall experience! The salespeople are knowledgeable and experienced with the majority of their products. I went in several times to try out various ranges, and they were always willing to let me inspect and turn them on. Their delivery men were also excellent! They were very careful not to damage any part of my kitchen during installation and tweaked it exactly how I wanted it. Extremely polite and professional. This level of service and attention is uncommon these days!”

“By far the best customer service and purchasing experience. We purchased a set of appliances for our new home, and the quality of care we received was outstanding. Open communication, always followed up on, and when delays occur, they are always quick to notify us. I would not go somewhere else in the future. This kind of service is extremely rare and only seen in a few places.”

“I recently got a washing machine from ComWales and had a fantastic experience. The salesperson was really educated and was able to answer all of my questions while also making recommendations based on things I hadn't even considered. The one I wanted was out of inventory, but he was able to guide me through other models/features to find a comparable that they did have in stock. I will surely return when it comes time to replace my kitchen appliances.”

“We adore our new refrigerator. The phone service was prompt and kind. The deliveryman was unpacking and installing the fridge while I was on the phone with the staff. He was considerate and performed a terrific job without being too noisy because I was working from home. Also, the shipping was quick. Normally, people have a difficult time finding our place, but he arrived quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you very much, ComWales!”
