“Having a major problem with this company. No communication and no response to problems with fridge freezer. The delivery time came and went and arrived very late. On opening the packaging, saw a huge scratch so took pictures and videos and sent to them. Poor response. This was in December 2021. My fridge freezer has now stopped working and I have lost all of my food purchases. I have tried every day to contact them by telephone, message and email and heard NOTHING I am now taking this further as need a full refund and compensation...... Not happy at all..... AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“What an absolute bunch of clowns. Ordered some cases November 2021, which were incredibly sub-standard and simply fell apart. I sent photos, and requested a refund, and the communication has been very slow. I have needed to chase them every step of the way. On 25 January 2021 They asked for the size and weight of the package, which I told them on 26 January. I chased them on 16 March for an update. Heard nothing until today (17 May), when they suggest that they sent me an email, asking me if I had a printer, (which they absolutely didn't send). They are now suggesting that due to the length of time, they can now no longer issue a refund CLOWNS CLOWNS CLOWNS.”

“The prices reflect the quality of each item and I've been really impressed with the excellent customer service. The delivery drivers even delivered the fridge into an upstairs kitchen for me which was totally at their discretion and not something they had to do. I was so grateful! Highly recommended.”
