“Very poor service. Item ordered on 27th July with delivery 5 - 10 days. Still not been delivered and they have not replied to my last ticked raised last Monday, 22nd August. Definitely will never be using this company ever again.”

“Would give -100 stars if I could! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've been waiting for my refund for an order I returned for over 2 months ago. I've send them endless emails to which there is no resolution, no replies and my emails are also getting ignored. I tried calling their store multiple times and of course no one picks up the phone. Absolutely appalling service!!! Currently I have send 6 emails chasing my refund to which I have not received a response since their last email on 26 July confirming they finally FOUND my return - only a month a half since I've sent it and it was delivered to them. If you are thinking to order something from them, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you want a horrible service and to be left out of pocket!!!!!”

“The experience was exactly what I had hoped for. This is my second purchase from this store. I needed a lot of information about modern dishwashers. I haven't bought one in over twenty years. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable about all of the brands. He gave me plenty of time to figure out which one would be best for our kitchen. Closing the sale was simple, and he set clear expectations for what would happen on delivery day. I am relieved that it was sooner than I expected.”

“AVOID AVOID ADOID. I placed my order on 3.7.22 with ComWales Ltd. The company delivered my order today 15.8.22, 40 days later. I had to send them over20 emails and live chats to be able to get my order. The confirmation email says 5-10 working days for delivery. I had such a stressful experience with this company.”
