“Amy, our account rep at Consolidated, was very helpful with explaining how Consolidated could help us with our product label. She set us up as a new client, facilitated getting a new version of our label created. Our first order was filled on time, with no problems. Pricing was competitive.”

We'd love to work with you on the next order to get you a more "navy" blue. The art we have called for PMS 840 which is a very dark blue, so it might be worth looking into changing the shade on future orders and make a simple revision in the artwork. “Melinda my rep is great, very prompt and always communicating very well. How ever this is our third time ordering and we a centering problem with the printing... Melinda apologized and offer to replace them, but first I would have to return the ones I got and only then they would send the corrected ones to me. This system causes long waits and makes it harder to get the problem solved. Other then that I like to product.”

Daniel, Please accept my apologies for the confusion. We are happy to work with you on the return process and can definitely adjust as needed. In this case, the thinking was that we would find out how much of the order was affected to minimize redundant printing. Obviously, that did not work with your needs, so we should have made an adjustment on our end. Thank you for sharing this. I intend to use your experience to improve the process going forward. “Consolidated Labels makes a great product, very high quality. Super helpful service and reasonable lead times. But to require 100 count per order, when 50 will last long enough will eventually cost you business.”

“Working with Danny was the best part of my experience. He was responsive and all around awesome. The different "tools" you have - such as the pdf Danny sent that I printed to physically see the size of the label helped tremendously.
