“Amy gives me great quotes in a timely fashion. No mistakes, product looks really good. The company and her in particular are just great and easy to work with. My only complaint is that there's no option for expedited. There've been a few times where I would've paid (handsomely) for rush printing, but there wasn't even an option. So there's a missed opportunity for revenue.”

Joanna... Thank you for the feedback. We do definitely try to offer rush options whenever possible, but sometimes that option is eliminated during busy times. “The labels are not good -- in particular, the label for the standard 8 oz jar is just awful. I am very concerned that the jars might be rejected by the distributor. As for the labels on the bottles, they were not as bad as, but still not very good. Overall, the staff was great and helpful during the process, but the final product was not good. We will need to look for a new label partner in the future. Sad, but true.”

Reeves... Thank you for speaking with Todd in person regarding the issues with the labels. We definitely used the incorrect dieline on the 8oz jar and will be happy to make that right for you. As for the others, they were printed correctly, but the filler had issues during application which caused the bubbling. We can adjust adhesive strength for the next run to allow them more time to reposition the ones that are incorrectly applied. “I'm super happy with my labels. It was very complicated due to being the first time printing. I'm so happy with Cari.Fernandez great customer service, and Joel swan for doing my art work and always so nice at all times. I suggest send them your container so they know exacly what to work with. I would defenately order again. Hands down . Fast shipping amazing customer service.”

“Lack of costumer service. Zero empathy with new clients, order was placed right before leaving early for the day leaving no rooms for questions. I am afraid to ask questions for new labels cause she made me feel like an illiterate when ordering. Cari Fernandez was my rep.”

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I am sorry you had less than a great experience. I do see where Cari and our art department helped work through some issues with the artwork on the labels, but unfortunately we can't control what time of day the orders go in. There is always time after order entry for minor adjustments, but normally once the proofs are approved we move as quickly as possible to avoid delays.
