“I have been working with Consolidated Labels for over 15 years. They are by FAR, my favorite vendor to work with. The front-end and back-end infrastructure is so polished, I rarely need to contact my rep. I always know where my project is, reorders are a delight and finished product is always perfect and always on time. A side note, when I do need to contact my rep, she is great and really helps me with choosing the right stock for specialty projects. Highly recommend!”

“With our small business we order smaller sized runs but we are consistnatly treated with the same respect, speed and graciousness as if we were ordering huge quantities of labels. We feel important to them as a customer and I believe that we are just that. Consolidated Label has obvious pride in their brand and will leave you beyond satisfied with the purchase.”

“I want to say special thanks to Jane Sebald who assisted me from the inception of my experience with Consolidated. I knew about Consolidated some years back but decided to print in China which worked out good for me but this time around, Jane made it easy and had the patience to explain details. I decided to work with her and I must say I am truly happy that I did. The labels came out beautiful. The quality like she told me is great. The bottom line, I am happy with the end result and hope to be back. Esther”

“Order #: DORD444128 Laurel was my contact and has done a great job in the past when I've ordered. Great communication and for the most part everything has been timely. This time I re-ordered the product and it came in as a high gloss vs the other time it wasn't so glossy. I do work for a company that has their product displays stocked regularly and the client noticed the difference immediately. I emailed Laurel about the issue and this was her response, "They were coated last time as well, there a slightly glossier coating this time, but I don't put both retains next to each other and cant tell the difference." I have a difference of opinion in this slightly glossier coating. Its very noticeable especially for my client to bring it up. I then asked if I needed to send a picture of the difference with the product on the shelf and have still never heard back from her and that was almost a week ago now. I appreciate the quality work you do but I am not satisfied nor was the client satisfied with the outcome and inconsistent finish on the product we received vs what we normally receive. I am sure you can appreciate someone stocking a product on a grocery shelf and wanting it to be consistent. I understand you guys are the producers and don't have to deal directly with my client, but if my client doesn't like something I have to be the one to troubleshoot and solve it. I like working with problem solvers and I believe this job is just being swept under the rug since I am not hearing back from anyone. “When I began to look for a company to print labels for my small business I was met by many obstacles. It seemed as though other label printing companies were not willing to go above and beyond to assist me.
