“We contracted Consolidated Labels to do a very large order. This was our first time hiring an outside printer to perform this task for us. “I work with numerous vendors every day and my experiences vary greatly. There are companies that are easy to work with, and those that are so difficult that you really do not enjoy working with them. I have to say that Consolidated is one of my absolute favorite vendors. Working with you is so easy. Placing orders, approving proofs and getting order confirmations, I always know the status of my order. And your pricing is always very competitive. I work with Rhonda and she is a real professional. I wish all of my vendors could be this easy to work with. Thank you!”

“I am very happy with the quality of the labels provided by Consolidated. I also found the online portal very easy to use. However, I did have a few negative experiences: - At least two (possibly more, shipments still coming) sets of labels that were listed as "included" in the packing list/shipping confirmation email did not show up in the final box shipment. However, when identified, I was happy that Consolidated re-ordered and re-sent. - At times, communication was unclear or delayed, especially around quotes, timelines, and then issue resolution with the missing labels. Two of my phone calls went entirely unreturned, and I had to follow up multiple times to request a quote on an order (or just a time estimate on when I could expect to receive this quote). I'm generally happy with my experience with Consolidated. I am unsure if I'll return as a future customer, because of the customer service issues I experienced.”

Kathleen, Please accept my apologies for the communication issues you experienced during your quoting and production process. Our goal is for your experience with us to remain consistent when a team member is out for any given reason. “Briana is the most helpful friendly Account Representative anyone could ask for. She is polite courteous and on top of things. She follows up with me and ensures that my orders are fulfilled and accurate. She makes sure that I am ordering the right labels in the correct quantities because I am a dumb ole country boy. She tolerates my slow thinking and my back woods verbal slang. My written tongue is a lot more professional and understandable than my verbal. So my recommendation is to clone Briana and you all would have a great work force as far as Account Representatives. Also the products are unbeatable. You all offer pretty much a one stop shop with turn key solutions which is amazing and comforting. Thank you. Thank you Russ Bryant Good Ole Friends”

“The labels look great! As expected. However, I think we assumed that you would have kept the same specifications from last time about the max roll diameter and unwind direction. The unwind direction was correct, but the diameter of the rolls were 9.5 inches instead of the previously specified 8 inches…Because our label machine only accepts 8 inch rolls, we had to unspool about 400 labels to get it to work with our labeler!”

“Overall the process went very well however the final product was a little disappointing. There are lines in the printing that were not in the original pdf file I sent. I did approve the proof and the lines barley show up in the proof so I didn't notice it. I have had a similar file printed by a different label manufacturer without this problem. The people I dealt with were very helpful and the process went smoothly although the upload on line did not go smoothly so I sent my file via email . I did like the personal touch. Thank you. “My experience with consolidated label was a good experience. The person who helped me so much was Rhonda. She was great! They were patient with me and even showed me how to become tax exempt to save money on the labels. I would definitely use them again and refer friends to them.”
