“I bought Cook believing they didn't use additives. Mac cheese ham and cauliflower has dextrose, diphosphate,sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite, and stabiliser (xantham gum).
Disgusted that they claim not to be ultra processed.”
“No cash ? ! ! Dovehouse Parade has i would estimate a row of 30 retail outlets selling designer clothes to artisan bakery's . All accept cash ! I went in last week to buy a Cake for a bday ,i tried online to click and collect but the only slot was the next day ? Why its never busy , i decided to drive and pick it up but when i came to pay the lady said no Cash ? And the card i tried to buy online withs Pin i had forgotten . Ridiculous ,i had to go back home and my wife went to pay on her card. Gets even odder , she literally went up 10 minutes after i was there and the lady was rude and denied i had been in the shop ? Cake was ok, i won't use cook again purely on principal of no Cash . Bad business guys .”

“Purchased Gluten Free Thai Chicken curries twice on different weeks and suffered stomach upsets on both separate occasions. Have contacted Cooks Customer Service and registered it. Have eaten the same curries some months ago and no issues. Not feeling confident of trying again after the recent experience!”

“Full of preservatives, looked at the back of the kids spaghetti and it’s full of emulsifiers, preservatives, acids and rapeseed oil etc, none of which I would put into the food I cook at home - so I feel it’s very misleading to say it’s home cooked food. If I wanted food with lots of preservatives, I can get it from the supermarket where it’s the same list of ingredients under processed food. Very disappointing”
“The dishes are good. I buy a lot but just lately I’ve noticed that the chicken is rather tough and tasteless. Don’t know what’s happened but hope they can sort it. The chicken is cut in cubes maybe slices would be more tender?”
“Love your meals. Most things I've had are very tasty and feel like homemade, but I have a major complaint about your shops THEY REFUSE TO TAKE CASH. This is a disgrace when cash is legal tender. You are discriminating against many people who don't have or like to use cards. I've been fobbed off with oh it's safer for our staff not to handle cash, but you are contributing to the demise of our banks on the high street. Until you return voluntarily or the law changes forcing you to take cash again I'm afraid I can't recommend you. I only occasionally buy something in your shops always raising the same complaint with your staff. It's a shame as I would go in and buy more, but I am very reluctant with this refusal to take cash”
