Based in Suffolk, the Cookology brand was created in 2015 to bring high-quality products directly to consumers, without the high prices that come from luxury showrooms. “The item ordered was delivered safely and in reasonable time. However, at no point did I receive an email conformation of my order. I emailed them to ask about this and when to expect delivery: "The amount of £xxx has been taken from my credit card but I've had no order confirmation email from you at all. What's happening ?" I got a rather sniffy reply: "As you will tell from the website the model you purchased was out of stock and needed to be ordered in. They are due into us tomorrow and will be with you on Friday."”

“Really excellent service. It was the cheapest we could find the machine we wanted and delivery was free and super quick. We were given a delivery time window and it was brought well within this time and taken through to the right room. Chap who brought it was lovely too. Thanks.”

“Reasons to buy from this website: 1/ quality products 2/ the best price on the net and in shops, in fact better that discounted prices. the cooker I bought was £140 cheaper than John Lewis! 3/ the take paypal, so very safe to pay as no card details etc 4/ the website is easy to navigate with goo information about the product. 5/ the product is excellent. after studying the market I know I got the best 6/ it arrived within 3 days ( normal delivery, not special or anything!) 7/ DELIVERY IS FREE ( most other retailer charged £30). 8/ the driver sends you a text estimated time of arrival. mine was 0600, just perfect to get it in and go to work! 9/ £10 to take your old cooker, great idea and price. I know some do it for free, but some don't do it at all 10/ The driver was very helpful, despite it being 0600 in the morning. for hassle quick and best price, this is the site to buy from”
