“Really good delivery service. The information on putting the machine together i.e the door handle etc could have been a little clearer but otherwise hassle free. Also not your problem but the manufacturers should put their product serial code somewhere where one can find it ! Have installed machine and would like to complete the registration document but no idea where the serial number is.”

“The product is superb and the price was realistic , delivery was slower than expected and I had to ring to find out when it would be arriving , this is not a major issue but it would have helped if I could have been informed at the time of purchase so I mention this as an observation rather than a complaint . Delivery : The Driver was pleasant and helpful and offered to remove the old machine but at a price ,his offer was declined as scrap metal merchants collect for Free , you might wish to consider free removal and make money for the scrap value yourselves which in turn gives better customer service .”
