“we ordered Cookology CET300 30cm Built-in Touch Control Domino Ceramic Hob in Black , the generic description is 30 cm but it is not 30cm so it is small to fit the gap in my worktop. No quibble returned and refunded”

“I am still waiting to received my item despite being advise it was despatched over a week ago and was given a delivery date I did not actually receive the delivery. I had a someone booked to fit the item and when it did not arrive I have to pay them anyway. The companies communication is terrible, despite requesting a delivery date and asking for an update I am still yet to have received a response. I would not recommend buying from this company.”
