“Really good service and price, just let down by the delivery. It should be made clearer if it is the customer’s responsibility to get the appliance into the home, or have an extra cost option for doing this.”

“Quite pleased with it. Filters unbelievably flimsy. Diagrams concerning bracketry for chimney support so small and indistinct they are useless leaving you scratching your head.. Overall Attractive and works well.”
