“Quick delivery - one of the items (extractor fan charcoal filters) had been repackaged possibly after being sent back by another customer. I did not alert the company of this as the item itself appears to be fine and working well. Would happily use the comapny again.”

“You have to make sure that you pair this product up with the right oven if oven is to be fitted underneath. This is due to a working gap needed between hotplate and oven which is needed for the fan, it needs circulation space.Not all single ovens are suitable I am pleased with the product,shame I couldn't buy the oven from you ,due to lack of help from one customer advisor, please note Not All Ovens are suitable.Had to go to Curry's for the oven. Very Well Wrapped, Speedy Delivery, Arrived when they said it would be delivered.It looks great and good value for money”

“The product and the price were spot on. Delivery via APC is rubbish. Monday to Friday only, with one window which is between 8 and 4, when I am never home, I have no 'safe place' to leave stuff,. You only get an answerphone when you call to rearrange a delivery! I had to go an hour out of my way to collect the parcel. When I pay for delivery I expect it to be delivered.”
