“We haven't yet actually used the sink as such as our kitchen is still in making. We were very impressed by the speed of order/delivery, how easy it was and by the friendly person who delivered it to our door. Not having used the sink yet but it looks good!”

“Lovely staff to talk to and very helpful. Delivery schedule was missed by the carrier, and only rescheduled after I called to chase it, and then for 5 days later than promised. A good job I was not in a rush for the cooler. Delivery performance is a critical part of the purchase experience and one that every supplier needs to get right.”

“Good service , very helpful on the phone when I had a query . Fridge just as described . All very good . Only possible issue is perhaps they need to make clear that delivery doesn't include unpacking - with a large fridge this is quite difficult to do on your own so would be good to have unpacking and removal of packaging as part of the service . Very happy with everything else and will definitely use again”

“I ordered the wrong gas hob and returned the same. The company refunded me promptly but insisted I return the hob in its original packaging. I was concerned as some of the polystyrene was damaged however I did the best I could and I had no problems regarding the return. Thank you for your service and prompt refund.”

“Good delivery. If given notice they can be fleible in their delivery times. The prices are competitive and certainly cheaper than the high street. Easy to use web site and importantly, when you get a human, who understands and actually helps.”
