“Delivered promptly. There was some damage to package and this was competently and efficiently managed in liaison with the office. There was very slight damage to a bracket that i felt I could rectify and I was told to go ahead and let the office know if I couldn't. It was a simple task and hood was installed easily and works a treat. I would recommend.”

“Cookology ANG700GL - Cooker Hood Excellent advice given before purchase. Excellent delivery included in price and on time. No parts list so impossible to check that all was present. Terrible manual which bore hardly any relationship to the item being installed. Our electrician was extremely patient and good natured and tackled each set back very well. It is annoying when you have drilled holes as instructed and then a supporting bracket, not mentioned in the manual, is discovered and all is to start over again. The positioning of the chimney was very awkward and, as it covers up all the bits and pieces, it is a blind job. Not well thought out at all. Once up on the wall and fitted it is a fine looking piece of equipment and seems to work well.”

“Cooker extractor I ordered through ebay arrived promptly and securely packaged, unfortunately the carbon filter I paid extra for did not show up. One e-mail query about this led to a quick reply that the matter would be looked into promptly, several days later second e-mail led to an apology and fast dispatch of missing filter. Despite issue of missing filter and the need to remind them to sort it out I've still got a quality item at a decent price so all in all not a bad experience. Would be prepared to use again as they did actually sort out the problem and I'm very happy with the end result.”

“The order and delivery process was extremely efficient and I was very pleased with the speedy delivery. Although the cooker hood looks very good, unfortunately I cannot rate it on use as I am still waiting for it to be fitted, which should be done as soon as my new kitchen is installed. Overall very pleased with the company.”
