“Very pleased with the wine cooler but found when installing that one of the plastic feet had been damaged in transit so had to make a repair myself as t&c said any issues had to be reported before installation”

“Great care taken to protect my extractor hood during transit with box completely wrapped with many layers of bubble wrap. Very good price for hood. Works well but doesnt have the expensive branding. Delivery time was 48hrs which wasnt 24hrs offered but as I live in NE Scotland I never expect companies to achieve the delivery times they offer. But 48hrs isnt too shabby.”

“Item was delivered very quickly, overall I am very pleased with the product, the only downside was the installation was a nightmare!!! The instructions that the cooker hood came with were far too complicated, and I couldn't find a website for Cookology to get any clarification. It took us over 4 hours to work out how to install the hood, and found that we didn't use all the different types of screws that came in the box. As long as it doesn't fall down, am otherwise very pleased with how this hood look, I particularly like the 4 down lights, it does seam noiser than any other cooker hood that I've had before though.”

“The best on-line price for my item, easy website to use for the purchase and a very quick delivery. The only reason I've "docked" a star is that I tried several times to get in touch to change my delivery slot but the number their courier company gave me didn't work and they didn't respond to the message I left. That said, I would buy from them again.”
