Cookology is an Online White Goods Retailer, specialising in appliances such as Chimney Cooker Hoods, Extractor Fans, Hobs, Ovens, Fridge Freezers, Beverage & Wine Coolers, Mini Dishwashers and much more!

Based in Suffolk, the Cookology brand was created in 2015 to bring high-quality products directly to consumers, without the high prices that come from luxury showrooms. Our warehouses are stocked with more than 100,000 units, ready to ship for next day delivery. For larger items, we work with some of the UKs best couriers to hand-deliver to your doorstep.

“Dear Sirs, Firstly you refused to accept that my item was damaged from photos I sent you, then you told me to return it, which I did via Hermes parcels. Finally you now state you have not received the return, I am currently checking with Hermes regarding its status. I have already purchased another gas hob from you as a replacement, As it was required urgently. Therefore I have now paid you for two hobs and it appears I may be unlikely to get my refund for the first one. I have to say I am not impressed by your service, or your treatment of customers. Particularly by your customer services adviser Edward. How is the cause on most of my problem. Due to lack of care and consideration. Regards John Mirley”

“I purchased this cooker hood it was dispatched quickly with a 24 hour courier received next day very easy transaction over a week later when fitting the hood we had a query about fitting which wasn't covered in the instructions I messaged them they messaged me back quickly giving me clarification on fitting, would definitely buy again very satisfied”

“I ordered my fridge freezer at a very competitive price. The delivery date was arranged and the fridge came spot on time. The delivery lads rang me when they were half an hour away and they were very helpful and pleasant despite the entrance to my house posing them a few problems.”
