“I ordered 12 shampoo bars and ended up getting only one shampoo bar. The customer service took more than 12 hours for first and second replies. It takes too long for the customer service to respond.”

“Edit: Cosmetics Now has responded to me and refunded the cost of two of the damaged products. I’ve edited my rating to reflect this. ——————————————————— Would not recommend. Bought 3 lip balms as gifts. Two of the three balms were damaged (misshapen and had black specks). The packaging also showed evidence of having been open before, and one of the boxes was even black on the inside! Cosmetics Now replied saying that all products are brand new and they prioritise quality, but this certainly shows otherwise. I’ve included pictures where you can see this. Contacted Cosmetics Now and they replied promptly the first time but have stopped replying ever since I asked for a refund. In my email to them, I sent pictures and suggested sending the two defective products back for a refund. Probably a hit or miss kinda place. You might be happy with your purchase, but don’t expect to be entertained if you encounter any issues. Incredibly disappointing service, I would shop anywhere else. Would also like to add that shipping took over a month! I understand that corona might impact delivery times but many purchases (both local and international) that I made after this purchase arrived. Not entirely sure if it was a coincidence that the shipment arrived shortly after I emailed them (after waiting for a long time), or if they maybe forgot and only sent the product out after I emailed them.”

“Usually weary of buying perfume and in particular perfumed moisturizers, I was very happy with this being my first purchase. First of all I finally found this product, which is so hard to find. It is not old or discoloured which means it smells as beautiful as it should Finally it was delivered promptly with adequate notification once I placed my order meaning that I am more than happy to purchase again and next time I will purchase that much more, hopeful that my experience with my next order will be the same.”
