“Non-existent customer service, sent an email responding to an order email like they rell you to, that went unanswered (ca 15 days and counting), below dissapointed. The items are also way over priced which is a scam in itself, will never use this site again.”

“I give this company a 5 star review which they whole heartedly deserve. It is their choice of Courier that lets them down. Not always, I'm sure but in my case, the parcel has been left beside someone elses front door, on the other side of the country, never to be seen by me, ever again. Also, I had stupidly paid $15 extra for express delivery.”

“BE VERY AWARE. I ordered an item and paid £7.60 postage. Unbeknown to me the item was coming from The Netherlands and Royal Mail would not deliver until I paid £11.91 CUSTOMS CHARGE. As I was not made aware of this when placing my order I would advise anyone of thinking of ordering from this company to think again. Will not be using this company in the future.”
