“I placed my order in good faith thinking it was coming from within Australia. I have now been advised that my order is being held indefinitely at a Hub in Cincinnati USA. Not happy at all and will be demanding a refund if I havnt received it within a week. My order was placed on 31 December, 2020”

“I placed an order on Dec 15th and it just arrived today...Jan 5th!!! When you charge your customers for shipping, like you did to me, they expect better service. I also ordered from one of your competitors on Dec 15th, and received it Dec 24th., and they did not charge me for shipping!!!!!!! I will will never support you business again!”

“My order was cancelled without any notification. It took the company days to respond to my inquiry when I finally realized what happened. They gave me some BS explanation about not being able to "verify" the transaction and that they had "tried" to contact me. Interestingly the product I had ordered from this company was suddenly much more expensive!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, rubbish service, ordered way before Xmas for a present, never showed up still waiting after 2 weeks, cant track it, the help line is a useless recorded message, no answer to email. I will have to try for a refund on my credit card.”
