“Super fast delivery of my hard to find Nesti Dante Cypress soap—my favorite! Better price than Amazon. Trying new online stores is always nerve-wracking—are they legit? In this case, the answer is YES! Cosmetics Now is a first-rate online retailer, and I will be shopping here more in the future.”

“I ordered my British made items in May and received them July 16th. they sat in a warehouse in NJ for over one month. unless the warehouse was climate controlled, I can’t imagine that they will be of good quality. I will unlikely order from Cosmetics Now again.”

“I definitely would not recommend this store and customer service to anyone. I placed an order on May 21 and ordered one body cream. I received my order only on July 17. During those 2 months I could not get any clear and exact information when my order would arrive. Only promises and messages that due to coronavirus delivery times are different. But I ordered so many other things and cosmetics on different websites and never had a similar issue!! All Orders were delivered on time or with a slight delay (several days) and Cosmetics Now- 2 months! Unbelievable. Very disappointing experience!!”

“I waited 3 months for the product I ordered and although I realize that a pandemic is occurring the communication was terrible. Just a standard response was given and then I had to wait. Finally I contacted you all again and said it had been sitting in NJ since May did someone do something about it. I am not so sure i would order from you all again.”
