“Your delivery process for item from HK is very bad: 1. Delivery man lied. Was at home all the time. Marked item as out when I am on work from home. We were all in the house at the relevant time: myself & 3 other adults. We received 3 other deliveries that day 2. Delivery man Did not follow requested procedure 3. Delivery company customer service tried to assist but they do not understand much english & said they were not informed by sender in HK of procedure. 4. Strange that because the delivery company for other item I purchased from your company had NO PROBLEM with delivery”

“Sadly I have to give 1 because I did not know you used Fedex Waited at home all day ,on the day day they said it would arrive Did not turn up Was told they would not leave with out signature Could not afford to waste another day waiting for the item Sorry will have to rethink if I would order again”
