“I just had a Costco delivery for a 77” tv and I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service! The delivery was about a week after we ordered it online. It came from Memphis, Tn and I’m about 100 miles north. They are the only delivery that I know of that gives a 3 hour window of time. They emailed us prior then called on the way and arrived actually about 10 minutes before 11:30. The driver, Bigfoot, was pleasant and professional. I definitely give 5 stars on delivery.”

“I recently ran into an issue buying tires at Costco in Independence, MO 64057. I originally that I needed to buy a 17" tire but was told by a tire tech my make/model takes a 18" tire but it would be the same price. I was contacted an hour later saying my vehicle actually had 20" tires on it and they didn't have them is stock. I was told the 20" tire was actually an option that was on the car when we bought new. Again, I thought the vehicle was equipped with 17" and was surprised when I was told it was 18" by Costco. Long story, (Dan - Asst, Store Mgr,) at Costco advised me they were ordering my new tires and they would replaced them at "no additional" costs because of the confusion and mis-understanding. I can't explain the satisfied level of service I received from Dan!! I have been a membership holder for over ten years, and once again Costco provides the best products, and services than their competiton. I will remain a loyal Costco membership holder.

“Today I went to Woodinville Costco with mask and gloves. I go to Costco every other month so I get two or more of many products. Today I just couldn’t find many products because they moved stuff over last two months. I couldn’t find belvidas. I asked for help and we searched and finally found them on pallet. It took a few minutes but the employee got the forklift, got two helpers and took down the pallet of belvidas and then tossed me two. I was so grateful. I appreciate that they took the time to assist me, and remembered who I was and how many I wanted over a period of 45 minutes. It’s the little things that cheer our souls. Thank you”
“Kudos to Costco for everything they do. Their products are terrific. Customer Service is great. And happy to see and hear that they require AND enforce customers to wear masks. Businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone. Clearly there are some ignorant and hateful people whining about this policy but the store has every right to refuse them. Just as that person has every right to go shop elsewhere. Good riddance.”
“I don't ever waste the time to review anything, but I was surprised by the Kirkland signature Protein bars because they only had 2 grams of SUGAR!!! Finally, Costco / Kirkland is lowering the added sugar!! For reference I normally purchase Clif bars, but they have 17 or 21 grams of sugar and the same goes for the name brand that Kirkland "copied" with their Protein bar. Now how about reducing sugar in the Pumpkin Flax Seed cereal and everything else!”
“Purchased tyres from Costco at Marsden Park, NSW. A very rewarding experience, no bookings required, just turn up. Open until 10pm. I saved $115 per tyre for Michelin 4WD tyres when compared to Bob Jane T Mart prices. The only downside is Costco don't offer a wheel alignment service. Wheel balancing has been perfect. Lifetime warranty on tyres, repairs, rotation etc.”
“Last night, I took my broken glasses to the optical counter at Costco to see if they could repair them. I really didn't want to use my credit card to get new glasses as my funds were on the lean side. Millie, the dear woman who assisted me, suggested I google to see if my frames were still available. Then she whipped out her phone and googled for me. She made it so easy, as she knew exactly what information she needed to find my frames. She found my frames online, wrote everything I needed down for me to order them. She told me when I receive my frames to bring them in and they would install my lenses in the new frames at no cost. (A side note: My glasses were purchased from another optical company.) I came home, ordered them as per her instructions. My new frames are being shipped, just like that! Great customer service from Costco!”
“What an awesome company. I went in for a flat tire, and after a lot of hard work, they were able to use the spare tire, and did not charge me.
Tech Jonny was super helpful and polite, and went above the call of duty.

“Great products. Love the business. Going through the Checkout line in the San Luis Obispo, Ca location, my wife was trying to get the checker to smile by making affirmative comments to smile. The checker remained stoic. The person loading our purchases was doing his job. After we left the checkout, my wife saw the loading person high fiving the check out person as if he won a prize for not smiling. What a weird and unhappy event for not being successful in projecting the customer as king at 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐜𝐨 Wholesale.😕”
“I wished to purchase a Karcher FC5 hard floor cleaner and wanted two make sure it was the best price, the assistant took the time to search the internet with me, checking the best value for money and accessories included, it turned out that the item in Costco was the best value for money and so I made my purchase.
