Typically, I don't write online reviews, but this time, I felt compelled to share a truly heartwarming experience I had with a remarkable young employee at Costco's Route 59 branch.
Recently, I encountered a situation where I misplaced my receipt in the store's parking area while attending to my young children. Understanding the urgency of my predicament, a young employee named Maheep Singh Bhatia went out of his way to assist me in locating the lost receipt. His empathy and proactive assistance left a lasting impression on me.
During our interaction, I discovered that Maheep is pursuing computer science. This revelation surprised me, as I believe his talents could be better utilized beyond his current role of cart retrieval. I believe leveraging his skills will be more impactful roles within the organization. I am confident that Maheep has the potential to deliver significant value to Costco and make a substantial difference.
Costco should recognize and nurture such bright young talents like Maheep, as they have the capability to positively influence and innovate within the company. I appreciate Costco for setting an example for other employers in developing their workforce.”
“Update from earlier review today. Refrigerator delivery today turned out much better than it started. Was told by freight co. Truck had run into power lines and I delivery was being cancelled today. I thought, fake news, I doubt this happened. It turns out, the crew did hit guy wires and instead of going home, they regrouped, remounted, and finished their route. I was the last delivery, but the frig got here on its delivery date. Crew was professional and courteous. Quick unload, install, and removal. No more leaky ice chests, melting ice and camping in your own kitchen. Bumping up my score from 1 to 5. Costco came through again.”
“Fairfax VA Costco Hearing Center: just had my very best ever session with Claudia Cruz. A very well trained and experienced audiologist, who not only did a very thorough evaluation to compare to my previous sessions over the last 8 years, but also really listened to me and directed her hearing aid adjustments to my declining hearing and explained what she was doing and how I should use her adjustments. Very pleasant, patient and helpful. I would highly recommend Claudia to other customers.”
“I had gone to the Costco in Daytona Beach today. There was an employee at the entrance store. Her name is Pamela. She was so kind so helpful. I’ve really appreciated all of the help that she had given me my husband and my daughter. She greeted us with a very big smile, and that is something I really appreciate while walking into the warehouse”
“I asked Keith Mc what I could do to let Costco know what an excellent employee Costco has. He said that wasn't necessary, as long as I was satisfied with my purchase. I explained the situation and Kris imminently offered solutions and found an answer for our problem. Even at the expense of going the extra mile for us. We think she’s awesome and grateful for her flipping out day from cloudy to sunshine.”
“I went to Costco, found some glasses frames I liked. Went to pay. One person was helping a man with a million idiotic questions, many of which he kept rephrasing. I waited about ten minutes. Then I went up front to try to pay for them. I couldn’t pay up front. So back to optical. The jerk was still there, now looking at charts and calling his wife to consult while the optical lady waited patiently. While I was gone another person joined the line. Ahead of me.
Anyway, finally, after about another ten minutes one of the other optical people finished with her customer and started to help the woman in front of me who needed her glasses adjusted. I was seeing hope, because the other guy was still asking questions. Finally someone else joined the team and took my money.
I really like the frames or I would have left. The woman helping Mr. Super inconsiderate and annoying deserves sainthood.
I give them five stars because what happened to me was not the fault of the employees. One person who was not even purchasing glasses tied up one employee completely for at least the half hour I waited and probably for another hour.”
“Had the best experience at Costco in Fresno at Shaw Ave. I needed help with a tablet and the gentleman who was also a supervisor demonstrated the most amazing customer service. My warranty was over and he went above and beyond to help me with my problem. He fixed the problem and I was amazed at the care I received! This happened 3/29/24 around 1245 to 1 pm. Please recognize his amazing customer service and care…rarely seen these days!”

“I just had a Costco delivery for a 77” tv and I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service! The delivery was about a week after we ordered it online. It came from Memphis, Tn and I’m about 100 miles north. They are the only delivery that I know of that gives a 3 hour window of time. They emailed us prior then called on the way and arrived actually about 10 minutes before 11:30. The driver, Bigfoot, was pleasant and professional. I definitely give 5 stars on delivery.”
