“WE have always liked Costco, but in a COVID-19 world their service has been terrible. We are waiting for 3 orders, and not have shipped. The oldest is 9 days old. I was #156 yesterday in the Queue, and after waitng 45 minutes the person could tell me nothing. I have emailed them 2 times with no response. We are not sure if they will EVER ship what we have ordered, so I am not sure if I shoulld attempt to buy it all elsewhere. Target.com and Amazon are both doing better in this bad time, at least here in Michigan. I think they are trying to ship to everyone instead of just existing customers...so everyone is getting lousy service.”
“We as a couple had a bad experience as a couple at the Nampa, Idaho Costco. When went to check out they make my spouse and I keep 6 feet or more apart from each other as seniors. We could not hear each other we had separate orders. My spouse and I are disabled but we share the same bed. Also they had 4 register numbers they had picked but forced us to go to one register of their closing.”

“Purchasing a dishwasher from Costco.com was the worst decision we could have made. We ordered online and it took multiple weeks to arrive and when it arrived it wasn't working. When we tried to get a different dishwasher, we were told they didn't have another. The dishwasher was installed the beginning of February and they won't pick up the broken one till March 31. They have refused to do anything to make this situation right. I would never recommend purchasing an appliance from them.”

However, I am a family of 6 a few people who have bowel problems and then I also am looking after my grandma and my mother and father inlaw as well as my sister and her family. I had placed my order with Costco about 3-4 days ago they showed toilet paper, napkins, disinfectant wipes a few other items as well. It said I would have my whole order by Friday between 12pm-5pm well my shopper was amazing and sweet and understanding to say the least had to tell me at last minute we will not be getting toilet paper or any of those items I mentioned above and that the store got wiped out and did not bother to take the online orders products aside and just let walk in customers take everything. I called Costco corporate and made a complaint. I feel like they just failed and decided that online orders were no longer important and were screwed. I am extremely disappointed to say the least to think my family and 4 other families I am trying to take care of and many others who are immune compromised or disabled or seniors. We all are basically being told oh well sorry. I'm starting to feel like they are not sorry and they do not care!”

“Beware ordering online and returning in the warehouse~ we ordered a TV on sale delivered with huge cracked screen and since it was a gift opted to exchange right away since delivery took 2 weeks. At the warehouse they said they didn't have any like the TV we ordered but there were 20 in stock then they would not honor the price so we were forced to pay $50 more for our trouble for the exact same TV! Seems like the left hand does not talk to the right hand in this organization at the consumer's expense! Definitely not fair to pay more for the exact TV that took 2 hours of our time to complete. The reason we chose to use Costco online was for the convenience but ended up in worse shape. This is NOT RIGHT.

“I don't ever waste the time to review anything, but I was surprised by the Kirkland signature Protein bars because they only had 2 grams of SUGAR!!! Finally, Costco / Kirkland is lowering the added sugar!! For reference I normally purchase Clif bars, but they have 17 or 21 grams of sugar and the same goes for the name brand that Kirkland "copied" with their Protein bar. Now how about reducing sugar in the Pumpkin Flax Seed cereal and everything else!”
“Why does this new Costco on clovis ave. Put so much clutter /pkgd. Freight it's so bad it's a hazard. I'm really surprised code enforcement has not given a violation. There can only be one basket passing at a time on the end caps near the wall , no one let's you pass you really need to be pushy on passing through. I'm always helping people find the eggs and water which is in the wrong spot from a shopping point of view. I dont even like to order from the food court which has 2 prepaid lines ,but they insist we use 1.”
“I bought a apple pie for Christmas dinner. 2 days later there was mold on it. I was very upset to say the least, I have never had any pie go this bad so fast. I will never get another one. If it needed to be refrigerated that fact is not on the pie anywhere. I don't think it would fit anyway. I couldn't take the pie back to the store I threw it out. But, did take pictures. “I have never been a big Costco fan, but they have a few things I really like. Their meat tends to be good but the prices are not that low anymore. Stay away from the produce. I just bought a bag of baking potatoes for Christmas. About a third of them have big decayed spots on them. I really don't have time to return them this time of year. In the past I have gotten other marginal fruit. One time I tried to get my money back for horrible peaches that I took on vacation. I brought the box and receipt as we were gone a week and a half so I didn't keep the peaches around that long plus bring them back from my vacation. The employee had a fit that I didn't bring the peaches back and said they typically can't do a refund in a case like this. I asked for a manager who treated me rudely. He said the line I love - "well, we'll do it this one time." I have been treated so rudely at the gas station that I won't buy gas there even tho it is much cheaper than most stations.”
