I was accosted because I didn’t have a mask. I explained I had problems breathing and the man brought out a shield, unwrapped, & had his hands all over it. I said I would try to wear it but if I had difficulty breathing I would have to take it off. He said then I would have to leave because I could not take it off. What an idiot? I have him on video. I should have stayed and had a man Asthma attack and sued. As it is I fully intend on telling everyone I know and posting on every site I see, that Costco does not welcome people with any type of physical handicap. As far as ADA, the ignorant man said “because Costco is private we don’t have to follow that.” He then calls 2 other men to try to intimidate me. I was not refusing to leave he just seemed to enjoy trying to bully. One of the men told me to “put my phone down. Recording isn’t allowed here.” I asked to see the policy and he said he was going to call the police. I said, “Okay fine, call the police. I’m going to be outside in my car; a gold Lexus. “ The officer came and said”They said you wanted to talk to me.” I laughed and said, I can’t believe they said that. They called because I was recording them telling me I couldn’t remove a mask if I was unable to breathe, even though I told them other than being common sense it’s also on the CDC website.” He was nice and told me to have a nice day. The 3 men showed their ignorance to both me and the officer. Along with every social platform I’m on. I don’t take well to bullying and threats. “We will freeze your membership.” I don’t care I live closer to Sam’s anyway. So when you see someone with handouts that says Costco doesn’t allow handicap accommodations for people in their stores because they claim they don’t have to follow federal laws because they’re a “private business.” It will be me and my recording. This occurred at the Ft. Oglethorpe, GA store.

We bought a Vinotemp wine refrigerator in 2012 for about $900. It broke down in 2015 and Costco replaced it with another one that cost $1400 so we had to pay the difference. It broke down again this month. Costco's appliance policy states that it will not stand behind its appliance products after five years. You can return a leather couch set, a toothbrush, pots and pans at ANY time, but not an appliance. So now we are out $1400. Vinotemp said we need to get a technician to repair it which will run us $90 for a call, the price of an compressor and $450 to install the compressor. So we are sitting with a $1400 wine refrigerator that does not work. Why buy an appliance at Costco if they don't stand behind the product? You may as well support your local appliance store. You don't use a wine refrigerator like a washing machine, so they should last a long time. We are VERY disappointed in Costco's customer service, especially since we are over 80 years old.

Do not use Costco.com optical for your contacts. Sent us the wrong contacts, then Costco said no refunds if opened and no phone number to contact the company who, they say is not affiliated with Costco. Now prescription is outdated and can't order more without possible Covid-19 exposure. This is wrong. Sucks

I’ve been a member a long time your staff at checkout are HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! You know everyone of your staff members thinks that they are large and in charge I paid to be a member here plus I spend a lot of money here and your check out people are downright nasty rude inconsiderate and they’re terrible terrible people and that’s all I have to say about your store and it’s not good

I have been insulted at the cash register for renewal as I said on cash register to do it online but they didn’t allow me to purchase that product even as courtesy, I renewed but don’t buy since 3 months , Incase I need anything badly I will otherwise not buy anything from Costco. Bottom line is behaving with members like this is disrespect!

Please don't order ANYTHING from Costco.com They are completely incapable of providing ANY correct information on inventory, shipping, etc this is the 3rd time they have misrepresented their abtility to correctly process orders and the umpteenth time going round and round on their cue if not being outright being disconnected. I under stand that the Warehouse model does not work right now, no curbside pickup for example. But being honest regarding capability when taking your money is only keeping with supposed customer service. I have canceled my Executive Membership that I and my Company held for more than a decade.

I’ve been waiting for a refund check for merchandise picked up over 3 weeks ago! They keep telling me the checks being processed!! But I was also told 7-10 days after the return was authorized and again it’s been 3 weeks and still no check!! After many days of not receiving a check on another call I was told my credit card was being credited instead of a check which turned out to be not true. Great on taking items back but horrible how many calls and how much time you spend with them on the phone to get nowhere.

DO NOT ORDER HOME DELIVERY! If I could give zero stars, I would. I never write reviews, but this experience has been awful. I've been waiting for 4 days for them to deliver my Christmas tree. After hours of being on hold, phone conversations, online chats, the best they now can do is push it out another 2 days....and my tree is sitting in the warehouse. Communication is HORRIBLE with Costco for delivery services. DO NOT USE.

If I could give this company zero stars I could since they use Innovel Solutions for their delivery. Firstly, they never came in the allotted time frame. 15 minutes after the time frame I received a delivery confirmation email saying it was delivered and it was not. The delivery receipt and the email showed a blurred out picture of nothing and a scribble of a line for a signature. I left my house and came back to them leaving a yellow sticky note that they were there but no time frame to come back or number to call. When I called customer services about this they confirmed the bad email and picture and said they would get back to me to let me know where my couch is. 4 days later, no call back and no couch. I called Costco about this 3 days ago and no call back from them either. When I called for an update from Innovel they pretended like I had a bad connection and HUNG UP ON ME.

😡😡😡Just lost all my respect for Costco Customer Service. Purchased a dishwasher and the price included delivery and installation. Received a conformation email showing the delivery would be in the morning and installation would be in the afternoon. The item delivered on time but never heard from the installer. Called Costco and turned out they dropped the ball on scheduling the installer. With the old diswasher already ripped out and the new one sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor we had to install ourselves. Company was coming for Thanksgiving and we needed the kitchen. Called Costco Customer Service, explaning the problem and requested reimbursement for the installation cost. THEY DECLINED. Customer service explained that they could have rescheduled a installer for after Thanksgiving so their not refunding install cost. What a heartless attitude. We pay for installation and Costco pockets the money because the don't have to pay the installer. Never again will we depend on Costco for these type of services. Can't believe they would RIp-Off a long time customer like they did!

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM COSTCO ! I ordered a couch (sectional) and not only that they lost it ,they send me an e-mail saying that i refused,the item...item that i never received. The communcation with customer service was very poorly handled and i even called the corporate office to complain and they didnt do anything about it. They should have compensate me for the hours and days i spent with them on phone. For such a big company so unprofessional.

We went today to Costco and one of my family members had a disabled pass, unable to wear a mask. First they treated her like a criminal, very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. Second, even though she had the pass and the letter of the CEO stated that with proper identification you don't have to wear a mask, they didn't let her in. That's against the law.

I order 4 containers of ready wise survival food and had it shipped directly to my children in another state. Costco took it upon themselves without asking to substitute it with a totally different item and not even the same brand food. Never. Never order from costco online, they cannot be trusted. The only way I found out they switched my order to something I did not order, is my children had to tell me. I consider what they did is fraud. They owe me approx $200.00 for food i ordered.

I ordered and received my microwave. My HUGE complaint is that my receipt and the Costco confirmation email I received both indicated that I would receive installation and removal of my appliance. I have proof of this occurrence and I called customer service. Customer service gave me an apology. Well an apology doesn't fix the fact that I ordered from Costco because they said they would install my new appliance and remove my old appliance. I would have ordered from Lowes or Home Depot if I would have known this would happen. I would love to send my receipt and email I received but customer service can't receive emails and I can't upload photos onto there feedback form.

Went to buy a battery for my car. Livonia Mi. store, 0 batteries, Brighton store 30 miles away, 32 batteries. Ask, can you get some from the other store? Answer, No. Horrible customer service. Each year Costco service continues to drop. Sad that a store that should have everything I need doesn't. I guess someone else will get my business. Al Smock, Livonia,Mi.

I'm very dissapointed i order a samsung package from costco which included refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. I moved in to my new home with no appliances and was really looking forward to this i order on july 7th and they said it will take a month for me to recieve my order. On august 12 no updates from costco so it took me more than an hour to get through i finally did and they said my order was delayed and i had to wait until august 29 or just cancel at this point after all the waiting i didn't want to cancel it's very easy for them to say and not put themselves in our shoes first week of september i get an email saying order delay until october. Yesterday september 20th they send me an email saying my order was cancel and they will compensate me with 200 dollars i find it very unfair that no one could call me to tell me this or even try to make this better for me i wasn't the one who cancel and they are canceling without an explanation and they feel that with 200 dollars it will be good for us. I have done all my purchase at costco and even if samsung cancel on them they should try to make this better for their customers.

I am so disappointed in Costco making the decision to remove Palmetto Pimento cheese because a man makes comments against a Marxist organization who finances looting, murdering, burning businesses and comments about a white couple murdered in their driveway by a black man. I know you don’t need any of my money my but it’s a good thing because I won’t shop there ever again. I’m not a racist and I want to see our country unified with answers. BLM movement isn’t the answer. Our police are getting beaten and killed and not even allowed to protect themselves. You think BLM wouldn’t loot and pillage your stores if given the opportunity? Color doesn’t matter to them, saving black lives doesn’t matter to them. It’s power and money while destroying this country with racial division. You have made a decision based on someone speaking their heart. He speaks the truth and you yank his product off your shelves for punishment. Sick of seeing business after business show support for this domestic terrorist group. I’m out Costco.

Do not order furniture online. My daughter ordered furniture over a month ago. She can not get through to online customer service. We could have drove across country to get this furniture to pickup before they answer or help with this problem.
