“The top was delivered in good time. It was as illustrated and fitted well and I am pleased with it. However, I found that it smelled strange, rather smoky. I have left it to air for a few days and the smell has reduced, which suggests that it may have been stored badly or perhaps even worn by someone.”

“I have ordered several items from Cotswold Collection over the last couple of years. Twice you have changed the amount I owe because of currency. I don’t appreciate that. I’m expecting one amount and then get charged something else. If you want to keep customers in the US you need to be consistent with pricing. If pricing is different you need to print what the item will cost if purchased in the US.”

Thank you for your review. We have specific site versions for the countries our customers order from. We can see you recently ordered on the UK version, which is why no additional tariff charges were included.
To ensure clarity regarding tariffs and pricing, we strongly recommend you shop on the US version of the Cotswold Collections website for future orders (you can check/change this in the top corner of the site), where prices will display in dollars.
