“I am unable to access my accoutnt and customer services is never available to assist. I used the same email and password for this account and was able to complete about 4 hours then Im locked out and it says i dont have an account under my email.”

Hi Fazeena, I have logged in and checked your access to our learning system and can see that you have completed one of the courses in your bundle. I have checked for errors and could not find any. It's possible that you may have entered wrong login info, please make sure you note your login credentials somewhere safe where you can reuse them. “I was very pleased with the certificate course I had purchased through courses for success! The price was phenomenal and I am pleased with many of the courses! The courses were a little repetitive which is pretty normal but I like a course that’s a little more in depth but courses for success successfully help me achieve my goals by obtaining all the certificates and passing all assessments with an 83% or higher!”
