“They took 3 days to send me access to my course. After they said I would have it within 24 hours. Then when I finally gained access it was 4 days after I purchased. I tried the course and it was awful so I asked for a refund. They denied it because it was over the 7 days. Yet they used the date of purchase not the date I could actually access the course. And what's more is I actually asked for a refund on the 2nd day I didn't receive the course. The courses are almost as bad as the customer service. I will be filing with the BBB against this company”
