“Was very unhappy with the course I purchased over 3 years ago. Was not as described and therefore did not finish. When I contacted to get a refund was given the run around and ultimately nothing was resolved.”

Hi Rachele, You purchased this course from Living Social. When you contacted us about a refund, we explained that you needed to contact Living Social to organize your refund as you paid for the course through them. If you did not call them to arrange your refund, we cannot be blamed for this. Thank you.

“The course is set out in easy to access modules with access to online resources to help. There is also a tutor allocated to help with anything you might need. I am pleased I completed this course as it is another qualification and skill needed for my career. Excellent value for money. Easy steps to follow.”

“The Administrative Skills Certificate course was very informative and there was some good stuff that I didn't know. However I feel a lot of the info I had learned through office experience so this is better for those who are new to the administrative role I think. I also wish it was more accepted as a credited certificate by employers, but that isn't Courses for Success' issue. Overall I appreciated the course and did learn a few things.”

“While I found the course useful, there were sections that are not applicable to Australia. So when a course is entered into there should be a statement saying the will be variations for different countries.”

“I enjoyed the Photography course I purchased. Although before I got to complete the course I had spent a lot of time in hospital and didn’t get to complete it. It would be great if I had the opportunity to complete the course.”
