I did not receive course information immediately as guaranteed and attempted to contact Course for Success via telephone and the number was not in service for Canada. I also attempted to contact you via the chat and emails along with directly sending an email to Mark and no response! Requesting a refund!!

too early to critique. But, I do not at this moment have access to the course I paid for. The email, I was told would have my password, never came.

I was very excited to begin my course with courses for success only to find that it now doesn't recognise my email address, even though it's the same one I used to purchase my course with. I have sent an email to them so I can reset my password and have access to my paid for course. Why is this even happening? I see others have had a similar experience, which is disappointing. Please look after your customers! Not everyone can afford to lose money on a course they purchased!

Hi There, Thanks for your feedback. You would have received two logins. One for the website sales account after your purchase, which is only for checking sales history and making additional purchases. The second email contained your logins for your course and the URL for this. Sounds like you may have been using the wrong login credentials for logging into your course. I am unable to access my accoutnt and customer services is never available to assist. I used the same email and password for this account and was able to complete about 4 hours then Im locked out and it says i dont have an account under my email.

Hi Fazeena, I have logged in and checked your access to our learning system and can see that you have completed one of the courses in your bundle. I have checked for errors and could not find any. It's possible that you may have entered wrong login info, please make sure you note your login credentials somewhere safe where you can reuse them. Your course access email is synced with our learning system, that when someone buys a course they get access immediately. WARNING SCAMMERS!! Very bad course outline I chose $699 package for car detailing and videos are all grainy and old poor lighting and most videos don’t play so obviously can’t learn anything. I’ve contacted them over 50 times in 1 week to get a refund as it states 7 days money back guarantee and I finally got through to them as they don’t answer emails either, they only answer the ones where they might make a sale. Anyway when I got through he said he will process a refund but didn’t ask me for my details so how did he know who he is speaking to. So it’s been 5 days since they phone call and No one has refunded me anything nor have they gotten back to all my email.

Hi Meray, As you are aware we did get in contact with you via email and let you know the issues with you personally. We also, provided a full refund and offered you additional services as a goodwill gesture. Could you please update the review as it is simply not true, we are not scammers and as you know you did not call us 50 times, in addition, the videos do work and play properly, in your case your computer must have blocked the videos from playing. I am awaiting a response from Courses For Success, calling twice and sending two emails as well. I enrolled in an offer for the Course Executive Assistant Online Certificate Course @$299.00 but according to the tax invoice was debited $AU$698, the tax invoice included a charge for a Personal Success Training program which I haven't ordered. I received a pin for the Personal Success Training but not for the Chief Executive Online Certificate course. I only have authorisation from my boss for the $299 course and need to have this correct asap. This issue is causing me much grief and I need to have it corrected asap.

Hi Shari, This is a very unusual error, the course you purchased was $299 but you were charged $698, when you checkout through our website, the personal success program valued at $600 is free, as shown on your invoice. I was lied to was told i could with draw and get my money back within 7 days i made a payment and had a medical emergency come up and needed my money back and was refused my 7 day refund now i cant get the medical help i need they suck

Hi Connie, You know that is not true, we made it clear that we do not provide refunds on our own payment plans and our refund policy states this on our website, we only offer a 7-day refund for all other payments. As a customer, when any business runs in customer service and the customer is unsatisfied, REGARDLESS of the terms and conditions set forth, I expect to get my money back from a product or course that doesn't meet my expectations. For the price that it was for visual merchandising, I would expect there to be some videos and interactive features, NOT just reading material. the description said that there were images and text based. I thought there might be some step by step images that would help, but there is no such thing. Also, the way that the company emails emoticons and simply says "we are sorry you feel that way" and doesn't offer a refund upsets me as a student, but most importantly as a customer. When I told them to call me back they didn't and left a text message, which gives the impressions that they don't want to take the time to talk about the customers issues. For anyone who is a visual learner, this is NOT the place to invest your education. It is better to try courses through a University or College.

I have submitted and paid a Course and in 2 days I never received the password. I cancelled the payment throught my credit card. No one was able to give me the pssword in spite of various mails and there was no one to answer the phone!

I signed up for the soul retrieval course & it has no video's or tutorials. I flicked through very briefly it has very little information, i don't reccomend signing up for this course. It's one big scam & a waste of money, I tried to contact the company within the first 20 minutes of recieving the login details and continued to reach out every day since, a further 4 times with STILL NO RESPONSE from anyone. Sandra ingermans name is mentioned so i was very excited i thought it would be amazing but this is not her teachings, the sandra ingerman section is just a referal to her book & in her book you will find more than this has to offer. Please, save yourself the headache!

I took the "Crochet Diploma" , absolutely useless for a beginner , had to visit Youtube to get a clear instruction for everything , they also need to learn how to do crochet tutorial videos , the camera kept moving between the face and hands of the instructor making it hard to follow . I finished about 20% of the course and learnt the rest from Youtube for free ! Waste of time and money!

1. Purchased a course "Advanced Change Management Program" September 28, 2020 (Monday) 2. Was provided with course material, the content of which was completely different from the advertised content. 3. Requested the "7 Day Money Back Guarantee" October 1, 2020 (Thursday) 4. Was contacted by Courses for Success October 5, 2020, via email asking (again) for the reasons for my decision 5. was contacted via phone by one of the employees on October 5, at 2:30 p.m. who confirmed that the wrong course material was linked to my purchase and that the refund will be deposited into my account. The quality of the connection was very poor while all other connections on the same day were perfect 6. ... No progress Courses for Success was very quick to withdraw the money in the first place but hesitated to process the agreed "7 Day Money Back Guarantee"

Hi Grit, We never deny any refunds, and all refunds are processed within the 7-day time frame we state on our website. Your refund was also processed within this time frame. Hi Melanie, As per your feedback, please note the following: We did not receive any emails from you, only 2 phone calls, as summarized. Your first call was on 21 September at 10:50 am, you then called back 10:52 am, on both occasions we were taking other calls. We returned you first call at 11:23 am (SAME DAY) and you did not answer, we left a voice mail. We also attempted another return call at 12:28 pm (SAME DAY), you did not answer this call as well, we left a voice mail and then we received this feedback from you. Did you check your voice mail messages?

Hi Jy, We have responded to your request in a timely manner and have been waiting for your response but we never heard back from you. You purchased on July 8 and your access was delivered on the same day. You then contacted us July 10 (Friday) and we responded to you the same day. Then you requested a course exchange instead. We responded July 13 (Monday) saying we will arrange your course exchange. Then, you responded July 15 (Wednesday) and said you changed your mind and would like a refund. We then responded July 16 (Thursday), with details on our refund process and we never received a response.
