“I cannot access the exercises. Your email told me to upload to my desktop, which I did. Now when i try to access I get a login issue from Znanja. This is so frustrating.”

Hi Cathleen, I have checked your login and access to the exercises and had no issues accessing the files, and uploading them to OneDrive. I think the issue for you is that you do not have an active MS 365 account. On the course we state that you need to have an active MS 365 account. In order to complete this course, you will require an Office 365 account. You should upload the course’s Exercise Files to Your OneDrive account prior to beginning the course. A local copy of these files is also required for some activities. OneDrive is part of MS 365, and without an account you will not be able to access the exercise files. Wishing you the best! “My course would be great if I could get access to it. It is not showing up on my account. I have tried to contact you guys, but the number listed on the website is not available, nor is anyone responding to the chat on the website. I have emailed although not sure how long that is going to take. If I don't get access to my course by tomorrow 5pm I want a full refund. I don't pay money out for something I can't do. I have used these courses previously with no issue, but this time different story.”

Hi Tammy, I can see that we did provide immediate access to one of the courses in the bundle, but there was a delay in providing access to the second course, that is now resolved. We just launched a brand new website and we had some issues with a handful of courses not being processed automatically. I'm sorry for this delay. Wishing you all the best for the future!
