“I loved my dress. Was an easy process to make the purchase. The only issue I had was being unable to track and the courier did not have a contact details but I found it at my local post office at the end.”

“Absolutely beautiful dress ordered from this site for my son's wedding. Quality of the fabric is excellent. Sizing chart for this style was accurate and the dress only needs minor alterations. Would definitely recommend.”

“This company is running a scam. I ordered a backup wedding dress with rush delivery requested. The company waited a day, then asked me to confirm my order before they would pack it up and ship it...at this point, there was no way it would make it on time. I asked to cancel, and at that point they said their cancellation fee applied because I hadn't canceled within 4 hours of placing the order. So essentially they forced a situation where I couldn't get my order timely, and kept a good portion of an expensive item. I'm an attorney and will be pursuing legal action. Don't buy from this company, but if you have and got scammed, please consider doing the same, and reporting this scam to the district attorney's office, since it's both a civil and criminal violation.”

“I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding that was supposed to be available by a certain date, but the day after I ordered it, I received an email that it wouldn't be available until at least one additional month. I had the time to wait, however I took a risk that it would actually work out for me shortly before the wedding. It did work out and it was beautiful. I would recommend ordering early.”

“I purchased 2 of the exact same dresses for my daughter's wedding so I could get the size correct. I kept one of them and returned the other. I was not offered a cashback return, only store credit, and the credit must be used within 6 months. Not many people need to purchase formal dresses 6 months apart from each other. Read the fine print! I am now out $297.00. One other note the dress is so, so long- I had to have it tailored to floor length by having about 12 inches taken off the bottom.”
