“Creditfix have been extremely informative and helpful with sorting out my finances/debt consolidation after my life & health was turned upside down. As a team Creditfix have helped to take a massive pressure off my hands. The only thing I would say is that it can be extremely frustrating trying to get through to someone to talk to sometimes, having to wait a long time before actually talking to someone. Otherwise a fantastic team who are professional and friendly at all times.”

“Felt relief as soon as I spoke to the people at Creditfix. They did all the work and explained most things. Although instead of a three year trust deed, mine is for 4 year ? Revie each year, easy enough just provide proof of earnings and bank statements.”

“I have found all staff to be very helpful when I have called. Iam glad the phone numbers have been changed as i used to find it difficult to get an answer. Now that it is an 0800 number i have had no problems.”

“If it wasn't for Creditfix sorting all our debt out for us I wouldn't like to think where we would be now. Anyone who has a lot of debt and worried about it....i would recommend you contact Creditfix and get the help we did.”

“I used Credifix to start an IVA and get me out of financial difficulty they provided a simple service, explained all the details in easy to understand language. I have been with them for a few years and find them very friendly and helpful.”

“Has been very good to deal with, sometimes asks for paperwork to be returned after the expiry date. Would recommend Creditfix Would be nice to receive regular updates on your current financial position and any changes in ways of ending agreements earlier.”

“Easy to deal with. Creditfix takes the stress and worry away from you in the unfortunate financial crisis situation that you find yourself in through life circumstances that are beyond your control. They stop creditors harrassing you and they deal with those that do within the first 3 months.”

“after sleepless nights ifinally felt as if i was making a step in the right direction after talking to creditfix advisor.initial getting things sorted was great and felt they dealt with my case efficientlyand effectively ,always helpful.onlynegative is my case worker changed several times and my yearly expenses wasnt requested which put me in a panic when letter arrivedsaying i hadnt sent information which i duly sent when i did receive paperwork .another 2 years and hopefully my release wil be as smooth and i will then be very happy.”
