“The process was quick and fairly straight forward but after it being passed 4 months ago now I thought I would have stopped being pestered by creditors. In the last couple of weeks I have had to send 2 envelopes containing several demands for payment that I am still receiving”

“I was generally happy with the way my matters were handled. The only one issue was that instead of agreeing to a 5 year term I did not have a choice but to enter into a 6 year agreement. As I am a pensioner my circumstances are unlikely to change financially ( unless I win the lottery)”
