All the staff I talked with on the telephone have been lovely. Very helpful and pleasant. I did feel a little bit like I'd been railroaded in to something at the beginning but I think that was because I was being passed from one person/ department/ company to another. Once it had all been agreed I felt much better. I am still getting letters from certain creditors which does concern me a bit. I have forwarded photos of these to yourselves so hope they will stop soon.

We are very happy with the way our problems have been dealt with. When we ran into difficulties they were on hand to give us advice and to find a way to help us through until the problem had sorted itself out.

Excellent Company, It got my wife and me out of financial difficulties after I was made redundant following 8.5 years at my previous job. We were with Nationwide B-S for a long time, and had never defaulted with any transactions with anyone all of our lives. We still had two outstanding loans with Nationwide, and other debs, which would have been paid off on my retirement as planned in April 2016. I was made redundant in February 2014. We Talked to Nationwide in the beginning, because I had some redundancy money, and it was decided that we kept paying, while we could, until I obtained another job. But getting another job at my age was difficult, I intend to work past my retirement as I feel fit and want to, and anyway need to - for financial reasons, carry on. But when I got back in touch with Nationwide, attitudes had changed, they said for a couple of months we could pay £25.00 off each loan as we could only afford that, this was following a 'means' test. After the two months things really began to get nasty, they where constantly phoning us! threatening! and sending letters every day, my wife is a little older than me and has finished work, but was really stressing about it all. Eventually we were told about Credit fix, They Pay our Creditors, and we pay them so much back per month, which is a lot less than at used to be. I have another job now but the pay is low, and this has been taken into account. they were brilliant from the outset, and now no letters or phone calls! Heaven!!! My only criticism is, that because they are so busy, its sometimes difficult to contact them by telephone, luckily i have a laptop, where we kept good contact.

Everything as a reputable company should be, except mailings to myself were six weeks late in being posted. I am thankfully now half way through my IVA and have nothing but praise for all things.

They take the worry out of a poor situation, maybe their communication could be a bit clearer at times especially when the yearly statement comes knowing how things are going is paramount to an overall personal improvement. Over the phone individuals could not be nicer

Everything went as smoothly as promised. However I feel you should receive a yearly statement of how much debt has actually been paid off.

It hasn't been a perfect experience but when I did have problems eventually they were sorted. On the whole I glad I went to Creditfix for help.

SINCE I STARTED WITH CREDIT FIX THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL.OBVIOUSLY THEY CHARGE FOR THEIR SERVICE. BUT THEY DO SORT OUT YOUR PROBLEMS. SO GLAD I USED THEIR SERVICES

I have put a good rating to this email review because I have not had much to do with online shopping or I find it hard to understand how to do things online but with help I sometimes do it well like now with this review?my daughter helps me in this sort of way,I need to see things and see people face to face when doing shopping or asked things like this because due to ill health it's hard for me to understand things as I have been done over a few times which then it's hard to get help to sort it out with who ever they are?i hope this helps you with this review its my first one ever done online!plus the company's that phone makes me feel very low when they phone me because they don't like or just don't understand the words no thank you to them or stop on mobile as well how do they find my numbers to do this so I say again I hope this way helps you in same way,if not iam sorry for not doing it the way it should be done it's the only way I know how (ie so long winded/not short )so that's why the star rating I have given to this review online!

I found CreditFix to be a very approachable company to deal with. Their professionalism and honest advice was an important issue for me during a very distressing time. They made a difficult and overwhelming time for me much easier to manage. Their utmost discretion was also an important subject for me. I also had my own personal Account Manager who I could talk to on the phone by text or email which was very handy and reassuring.

Creditfix have been extremely informative and helpful with sorting out my finances/debt consolidation after my life & health was turned upside down. As a team Creditfix have helped to take a massive pressure off my hands. The only thing I would say is that it can be extremely frustrating trying to get through to someone to talk to sometimes, having to wait a long time before actually talking to someone. Otherwise a fantastic team who are professional and friendly at all times.
