“I never got the product, even I informed them I had travelling ahead and they committed that it will be delivered before my travelling but in the end I had to cancel the order.”
“Cricket Direct sent out the wrong item to me and refuse to send the correctly ordered and paid for items to me until I send their incorrectly delivered items back to them, meaning I will not receive what I ordered in time for the matches I specifically ordered them for.
Won’t be ordering from them again.”

“Shoes were good. But the size wasn’t what I expected. Should be a size guide on the website. Normally fit into a 7 but ordered a 7.5. It felt like a 6 & now have to pay more to send the shoes back & get them exchanged.

“Unfortunately, I found the services of CricketDirect to be extremely disappointing! I ordered a junior bat for my son's birthday and 2 weeks later there was no still no communication of when I could expect delivery. I contacted their customer support and was put through to a person who was most unhelpful and advised me that the bat I had ordered and now paid for was not in stock and that they could offer me an alternative. When I inquired about the specific bar she advised me it was not in my budget. She was giggling and laughing on the line and was in no way apologetic for the mistake on CricketDirect part. This has proved to be such a disappointing shopping experience and I am now left with no gift. I have now requested a full refund and have just received an email for only the amount of the shipping and not the actual bat itself.”
