I have been using cricut for almost a year now without any issue. They keep doing a rebooting every once and then and the last one mess up every thing for me, I called and the representative that I have after waiting 1 hour and half made me delete the old software and upload a new version, we try so many things,nothing works. After more than a hour,she finally asked me to send her videos so she can send me a replacement,which I did. The replacement came after 12 days and I installed without any issue. 2 days after I m trying to print some labels and the same issue that I had with the previous machine occurred again, I called cricut and this lady literally use me as the guinea pig for over an hour,trying different things and watching by zoom,violating my privacy,I run a small business so I depend on labels to sell, so I tried to go along. After more than a hour again trying different things,she was keeping asking me to try some others things,I lost it. She says she will put a credit on my account so I don't have to pay for 3 months but they actually have a bug that some customers complained about and they are trying to fix it . Cricut is $10 a month,how do you think $30 will make up for the money I lost for those weeks I couldn't sell ? And why in the library of shenanigans would you make me try so many things when I told you already that I did those with the previous lady and it wasn't working? To finally telling me is a bug that you guys trying to fix ! Can you guys pay for the products that have been sitting here all along? Do you understand that I lived through my business? Which means bills to pay ! I m just disgusted!

This is the worst cutting machine everything is very expensive but that is not the worst thing the program never never works like they said. The costumer service is terrible you can wait hours for a answer and never works. They don’t like to know that the program is terrible sometimes are very mine. Is a waste of money and time. Really bad option to buy.

Cricut Design Space is horrible. Why would one pay for it........!! Also have to close Program because it freezes. Machine itself is a dream but that's it. Wouldn't recommend, see what else is available to you.

I ordered a Cricut for my wife as an anniversary gift. The order was placed on the 7th of January, and as of today (February 4th) I still haven’t received my order. My order has a tracking number that says “the carrier has received a request from the shipper and is about to pickup the shipment “. The problem is that I received that update on January 9th and it still hasn’t changed. I have called over a dozen times, first just to check on the order, then to ask what the extended delay was about and how they planed to resolve it, finally I called to cancel the order. So far I have been unsuccessful in all my attempts. Cricuts “experience makers” are trained to sympathize with you then lie to save the company face. I have been told everything from: “the package was delivered but you were not home to receive it” to “the package is lost in our warehouse” to “it is with our special delivery company that doesn’t provide tracking numbers” every time I call I receive some vague excuse followed by the promise that it will be delivered “very soon” or “shortly” After three weeks of this runaround, I called to cancel my order, guess what? They wouldn’t allow me cancel the order because it “has already shipped” and I’d have to wait until I receive the package to return it to them and then be refunded. I am at my wits end!! I will never do business with this company again, and would advise anyone that wants a Cricut to order from Amazon or go get one in person at Hobby Lobby. I now call them every day when they open and request a call back from a manager.

Glad I didn't purchase this Explorer Air2. It was a gift. The only thing this iscut and honestly, i can do a better job with scissors. You create your design and print it on your own printer then try and line it up on the Cricut and this machine is supposed to cut it for you. I wasted so many sheets trying to get it to cut my design correctly. I ended up using my own scissors for the stickers. And customer servicer was really lame when I called to get help with setup on my computer. Also told me it couldn't be set up on your phone, but my daughter came over and had it up and running in about 30 minutes. This is a waste of money in my opinion. But I willl sell it on FB to some other sucker! LAME!

My cricut maker 3 stopped working. After speaking with customer service I was informed this is a problem machines have been having and to submit a video of it and they will send out a replacement machine and a return label for the defective machine. It’s been 8 days and I have received nothing. I have been told for 8 days my replacement is processing. I could literally go on Amazon to the cricut store and purchase a new one and have it within two days so I’m confused after 8 days why you haven’t replaced my broken machine. But you definitely kept my hard earned money that paid for it. This is an error on your end. This was not a user error. This company lack integrity, honesty and willingness to fix issues in a timely manner. But don’t worry they are EXTREMELY fast to take your money and give you the run around about how speaking with a supervisor won’t give you any different answer. I’ve been led in circles for 8 days and by many different people. I have emailed numerous times and called numerous times. I use my machine for work and now have had to cancel orders. I will have to refund all orders that were placed for Valentine’s Day now as I will not have the time nor THE MACHINE to make these. They are effecting my livelihood and don’t care yet my purchases have helped their pockets. Disgusted with this company as a whole. At this rate give me a full refund and I’ll send your broken cricut back.

can't even believe what just happened! Ive been working on custom drawings and art work for my company, I've added fonts with my images managed to put together a tremendous collection, I saved it all as I came up with the final creation, I No longer need the fonts to create my designs therefore, I cancel the subscription to the "cricut creations" WELL, LAST NIGHT I JUST PULLED A PIECE THAT I SAVE, WHEN I PUSHED IT TO CUT IT SAID $4.99!!!! ARE THESE PEOPLE SERIOUSLY TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR MY OWN DESIGN? ARE THEY CHARGING ME FOR LETTERS OR/HEARTS I'VE PAIDED FOR AND SAVED? I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS!! AFTER CHARGING 10 DOLLARS A MONTH I'VE CREATED MY OWN DESIGNS !!!! WHAT OTHER MACHINE CAN I USE AND GET RID OF THIS SCAM !! THEY ACTUALLY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME FOR MY OWN WORK! HOW DOES A COMPANY CHARGE PER MONTH FOR A SERVICE THEN RE-CHARGE FOR THE SAME DAM SERVICE ? PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME ALTERNATE MACHINES!

Ordered the cricut maker 3 bundle and did not receive everything I was supposed to. Customer service claims those items were optional for purchase, however the website says it is included. Called multiple times. They are clueless and provide poor service. Was told a supervisor would be calling me. They called and then said a manager would resolve the issue. I am still waiting on a call back and for this to be fixed. Extremely disappointed in the company and service I received.

Cricut software - sparse and ad oriented. Every part of the app wants you to spend $$. Also, the software is pretty bad (i come from a photoshop type background). There aren't many features, and it is very limited. For example, you can buy infusion ink pens, but the software and hardware won't color with them - only draw outlines of line drawings, leaving you to fill in stuff by hand (hint: the line drawings are great, but once i have filled them in they look amateur because i am not an artist. grrr. that's what i want your tool for!) Good luck loading an SVG. It doesn't support fill or fonts coming from svgs. Thanks for nothing. Printed a modestly complex logo (5.25 inches). Took over 30 minutes. Want to do anything? Buy lots more (expensive) products and materials! This is an awful experience. -greg frohring

maker is one of the worst products I have ever owned, and the support is nonexistent. It works once in a while for print and cut but you will waste a lot of supplies getting one to work. Absolute junk. Do not buy, you will be wasting your money.

I cancelled the subscription and they still keep charging me. I'm going to dispute the transactions with my bank and block them. I deleted my account and will be going with a different company

This company offers absolutely no customer support, please only purchase a Cricut machine if you are prepared to relegate it to the bin should you experience any issues. There is no working telephone number, there is no email and the messenger contact. I have even messaged the supposed UK director Bianca Walker but even she is disinterested. Please, please, please take note of this review, I spent £280 on a machine that only lasted 15 months!

Should have read the reviews first. 1. Husband purchased a Cricut machine + accessory pack for me for my birthday. 2. We went on a nice long-awaited family vacation. 3. When we returned 9+ days later, I opened the gift wrap only of my present and decided I wouldn't have too much use for it. 4. Husband contacted Cricut and they said it was past 10-day window so we would have to pay shipping. WE COULDN"T POSSIBLY ADHERE TO THE 10 DAYS BECAUSE WE WERE ON VACATION!! Cricut didn't care. It cost me $44+dollars to ship the package to the return address (61 miles). What kind of customer service is this? I will never recommend Cricut to anyone in fact I will tell them how crappy they were to us and to go with a competitor's product because Cricut has awful customer service. The Cricut boxes WEREN'T EVEN OPENED! Terrible customer service! Never again Cricut.

I purchased a cricut easy press from cricut.com. I found a better deal and asked them to cancel the order and refund my method of payment. They told me this had been done and I did not receive the 299.00 credit to my account. They said it would take 10 days and here I am on day 30 and no money or time has been received.

After purchasing a subscription for the Cricut machine I use, I am unable to use it. I am constantly encountering negative results every time I try and make a decal. After I am logged in, and go through the process of creating a design, I am met with a "subscription is required" message every time. What an unfortunate waste of money for this machine, not to mention a waste of materials to just print and design a decal. I would Not recommend this device as it is nothing more than a money pit.

Bought the wrong type of Cricut accessories for Christmas. Trying to return was not easy and not quick. Plus I had to pay for the return. $15. After two weeks I still do not have my money returned. Talk about poor Customer Service. I was going to but the right product, but after this decided not to. To set yourself apart from competitors, you must have top notch Customer Service. I would have left a no star rating.

If I could leave no stars I definitely would. I purchased a cricut maker 3 just under 6 months ago. However I've had nothing but problems since purchasing. I run a cake business with my machine and have been able to print nothing. This issue has been ongoing and I've called 5 times since I've purchased. The machine will not cut, will not detect the mat, and has had to be rebooted several times now. Even after they replaced the machine the same issue has occurred twice more. Along with the newest issue of requiring a 12x12 mat when I'm already using a 12x12 mat for the design. I sat on the phone with a lady for 54 minutes today deleting and redownloading design space (after asking to speak to a manager at the beginning of the call) to which the issue has still not been resolved. Ive still not spoken to a manager even after waiting for an hour. And literally every time I've called cricut I've been promised a $10 credit towards design space and never received it. If I could get a refund I would. The machine is legit not worth $400+. Not to mention I'm still paying for a design space that I cannot even use. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase.

Crooks!! I placed an online order for supplies on cricut.com. One item came broken in half and I was missing 5 items. I called customer service and spoke with Sally. She assured me that they would send me replacements. That was almost 3 months ago and NOTHING!! I filed a complaint with BBB and my issue is still not resolved. BBB closed my case because Cricut would not respond when I declined their response for the 3rd time. Stay far away from this company!
