“Unfortunately after buying the product and paying the delivery charge up the Shetland Islands, I’m still awaiting my deliver via DPD on the 19th Feb. This now looks like it won’t be delivered. Disappointed at this element of the service which has impacted on if I’d buy from Cruise again online.”

“Unable to amend an error straight after ordering so I have to pay to return. The postage charge is ridiculous in first place despite spending a fair amount on clothing, should include free returns.”

“Good service , good gear , only criticism is that delivery is 6.99 and not guaranteed for next day , they delivery using dpd anyway and at 6.99 it should be a next day service”

“Good choice of clothes but the brand-specific sizing details are very poor and a standard delivery charge of 6.99 is bordering on ridiculous especially as it’s not next-day delivery and that it’s not packaged with particular care...my items arrived in a cruise bag inside a plastic bag. These minor changes could make the whole experience better.”
