“Considering CRUISE and FLANNELS are the same company, it seems far better to order form CRUISE as it just a far better process. The problem is that the postage costs are a complete rip off compared to other stores, making both CRUISE and FLANNELS last resorts for shopping. £6.99 to post any item is bordering on theft, especially as unlike 90%+ other retailers, you can have the item sent to any store free of charge.”
