“Whilst I love shopping at cruise I would have given 5 stars but the delivery wasn’t great. We were due for delivery on Saturday and received a txt after staying in to tell us that delivery couldn’t be made. So we had to pick up Sunday morning from the depot, we waited 20 minutes at a window waiting for someone to open up after arriving at out alloted time. Normally delivery is excellent but this time fell short of the cost we paid. Placed another order with Cruise and once again same driver for DPD didn’t deliver our parcel. Once again we had to go pick it up at their depot. When parcel was collected we were given all sorts of excuses about why he didn’t deliver the parcel. Twice we have paid for delivery, twice we have had to go pick up the parcels NOT HAPPY with this service.”

“I buy the majority of clothes from cruise be it online or in my local store. The online ordering system has never let me down and my items always arrives within a couple of days. I would really like it if when I am returning an item to cruise when purchased online that I had the option to take it back to my local store rather than trying to sort out sending the parcel back. Overall cruise is a. Rikki at place to shop.”

“Had to return an item due to sizing which is fine but had to pay £9 for recorded delivery return! Given the value of the items for sale on this site it would be silly not to use recorded but I would expect free returns like most other companies. Very disappointed given we spend a very large amount of money each year here.”

“Happy with the service and the items that I bought...HOWEVER! I bought Versace trainers and Armani jeans which after only wearing once in dry weather the dye from the jeans have stained my trainers! Which I am not happy about as both items were very expensive!! I have emailed your company with pictures as evidence of the damage done by the jeans onto the trainers.”
